A couple of weeks ago I needed windshield wiper blades replaced. I had forgotten the parts store by…read morethe same name (Pep Boys) where I used to buy wiper blades next door had closed, so I bought the blades at another store, where no one could get them installed. Due to a bad shoulder I have difficulty doing this task on my own. I went back to Pep Boys and since they had the same brand of blades on the side of the repair shop, they were willing to install them even though they weren't the actual parts store from years ago nor the place where I bought the new ones. The installation was free. Would go there again for the service.

We were told it needed a new engine, although they didn't do any diagnostic tests on it except to read the OBD II code. We wanted a second opinion, so we had it towed to Ken Garff's service dept (downtown SLC). After they did a full and thorough inspection and diagnostics, they told us that the engine DID NOT need to be replaced. The issue was that the "knock' sensor needed a software update.
