I've been seeing Dr Mueller for over 20 years. I have tried other dentists based on proximity to me but have always gone back to Dr Mueller. It's worth it to drive to Short Pump or Amelia Courthouse for a visit even when I don't live or work anywhere near these two areas. My husband is afraid of the dentist and has found that he is comfortable with Dr Mueller and trusts him. I can't say enough good things about him, from his down to earth nature, calm demeanor and of course his excellent skills in dentistry. I highly recommend him. Highest recommendations! Dr Mueller is very gentle and knowledgeable, and takes the time to think things through. We are new to the Richmond area, having moved here from France 4 years ago. We hadn't thought to bring any official dental records or X-rays with us. Having tried a couple of other dentists in the area, we chose Dr Mueller because his website said he likes challenging cases, which is certainly the situation with my husband. Our family recently began going to this office for our dental needs. I was struck immediately at the friendliness of the front desk lady - she was very welcoming and easy to talk to! Next was the staff. Again, they were very friendly and took time to explain what they were doing - this important especially when dealing with kids and they did a great job of engaging with all of mine. Lastly was Dr. Mueller. Very friendly. He was easy to talk with and engaged in variety of conversation. The thing that struck me most was his laid back nature. I've been going to Mueller Dentistry for 8months. I need extra care for my mouth so I see Dr. Mueller every 3 months. Every time I go in there I am greeted with a smile by Tracey and get great tips on all things RVA as I just moved here this last year. Every hygienist has been kind, professional, and gentle. Dr. Mueller knows his stuff! He is always informativ, I have a better understanding of my condition then ever before. He is also gentle and intentional with his care. I like that Dr. Mueller believes in doing everything possible before pulling teeth. My dentist prior to Dr Mueller wanted to pull a tooth and put in an implant, and also do a root canal on another tooth. Dr. Mueller has not mentioned the need to do either of those. He is not about making money but seeing that I have the best dental care and will keep my teeth. All his staff are very friendly. I've been seeing Dr. Mueller since 2022. Dr Travis Mueller has been my Dentist for over 30 years! He has a gentle chair side manner, keep you advised of oral health and does not push unnecessary cosmetic procedures.
