I can't say he gets better over time... he was and is the best from the first time. He is consistent, he is on it the guy knows what he is doing. I don't wanna go but I know I have to keep all of my teeth and he will do his best to ensure I do. He is with you during the procedure, by that I mean he is doing the work but he feels you every step of the way and will take his time to make sure you feel no pain or the very least as is possible. The office is spotless and well decorated in a beachy atmosphere. So much awesome art...I take pictures and send then to my friends. Jeanette at the front desk is awesome and very helpful, The Assistants are PERFECT every time..TOP NOTCH the BEST. I think there needs to be a GOLD STAR rating on this app. Every thing about this practice speaks GOLD STAR to me.

Another dentist fixed it and referred me to Dr. Harris to get my root canal checked out because she said she's not a specialist. Well it's the first time I had ever heard of an Endondist, but kudos to her for knowing it's outside of her scope. Anyway, I had major tooth pain I thought was coming from the root canal. Dr. Harris realized that my previous dentist put a filling so close to the root that it should have just been a root canal. Debbie the dental hygienist was so nice and helpful. They used equipment I had never seen at my other dentist office to avoid saliva and bacteria from going into the tooth area while they worked on it. Dr. Harris thoroughly explained my x Ray's to give me an understanding of what was going on. He was so knowledgeable. I've never had a dentist take the time to explain. I'm literally in the parking lot writing this review because that's how good I felt about the experience. I highly recommend Dr. Harris. Do not let a regular dentist give you a root canal. Come here even if you have to drive out of the way like I had to. It's worth the trip to feel confident the job was done properly.

She was friendly and efficient and got it done pain free. Dr. Mark Diefenderfer was the dentist I saw that is taking care of my bridge work. He is super friendly and really takes the time to go over all your options and once I decided on my care route, he got me in and fitted quickly and painlessly. The lovely ladies at the front desk always greet me with a smile and are always accommodating when it comes to those pesky insurance questions. Over the last twenty-plus years I've seen several hygienists and have no complaints about any of them. All were/are good about insuring my comfort level during my routine cleanings and explaining the next steps rather than just barking, "Open. Close. Open. Close." I did have two minor surgeries with Indrani as my Dental Assistant. There aren't enough words to express what a beautiful, caring person she is and how she made sure I knew everything the dentist was going to do. Speaking of dentists, Dr. Haueis and Dr. C are both tier one doctors and people. Their energy is reflected in the vibe throughout the office. I was scheduled for a procedure with Dr. Haueis and the timing would help me use up my FSA funds. Unfortunately, he was called out of the office for a personal emergency and my appointment had to be cancelled. When the staff realized my circumstances, Dr. C fit me in the same day and I didn't lose my funds. This was the epitome of caring for the patient. I would have no qualms about recommending these fine folks to anyone, even if it meant I had to wait a little longer for an appointment!

My Dr was Amber Ather. He was Superfantastic. (I'm certain all the Physicians know their stuff) however for me what was especially comforting was Dr Ather's attention to detail - meaning how clearly he reviewed my intended procedure before we got started. He made me feel that this decision for the Root Canal was absolutely the correct course of action and had a terrific demeanor in explaining things in lay persons terms. The entire process was as terrific as you can get when looking forward to a Root Canal. I would not hesitate using the practice and especially Dr Ather should I need these services again

I asked the office manager about their dispute process, this is when Dr. Stoner walks into the…read morefront office and is defensive and rude when I ask him about my concerns. My first concern was why a treatment plan could not be developed before a cleaning as two months between a cleaning and procedure did not make sense to me as he said he couldn't tell me anything until a cleaning was done, but after two months my teeth would not be clean anyhow, so what was the reasoning behind this logic? My second concern was the billing for today's appointment as Medicaid only provides a limited amount of money ($500) annually and I would loose $200 of that $500 for today's less than 30 second look and no answers or plans to any of my questions or concerns. I then asked why he did not do a periodic oral exam, as described, but only looked at my cracked incisor for 20 seconds? His attitude during this conversation was very defensive and he was extremely rude, almost to the point of yelling at me. I asked the office manager for a printout of todays billing as I would be filling a dispute with my insurance company and would not be coming back to his practice and she says why does it matter as benefits don't roll over which means I would have to use my 2021 benefits and it's not coming out of my pocket anyhow so why should I care? So they want $200 of my 2020 benefits for doing nothing today but looking in my mouth for less than 30 seconds and then want me to use my 2021 benefits for the same thing (nothing) they did today! At this point Dr. Stoner says, and I quote "Good luck finding another dentist that takes Medicaid, not many places do as people who are on Medicaid are all pains in the ass." I was shocked by this statement! A professional, licensed, established doctor just basically implied that people on Medicaid (poor people) are all horrible patients because they question the bill and treatments, or in my case, no treatment at all. As if all of us on Medicaid should just shut their mouths and don't question poor service. I have been affected by covid and had to go on Medicaid and made today's appointment months in advance to use my 2020 benefits only to be billed $200 for NOTHING and then being told I am a poor person that is a pain in the Dr.'s ass and that I would have to use my 2021 benefits for what should have been done today! In summary, I was not treated well by Dr. Stoner, he did not address the reason for my appointment at all, verbally harassed me, and did not perform the service's that were billed and I was discriminated against because I am on Medicaid. I was made to feel like I was less than nothing because I am on Medicaid, shame on Dr. Stoner. I was told he is retiring, which I feel is great for the community so no one else has to deal with his attitude of dealing with "poor people" on Medicaid that are a pain in his entitled ass.

In fact, my 26yo daughter said "Welp, I guess our teeth are going to rot out of heads!" Dr. Oliver bought his practice and I just have to say Dr. Oliver is wonderful! Dr. Oliver is patient and knowledgable. He takes the time to not only listen to his patients, but to explain everything from how/why did this happen, to here are our treatment options, and here's what I recommend. The staff is very friendly, helpful and capable. And there's even a therapy dog to help patients be comfortable! My family will be patients of Dr. Oliver's for many years to come.
