The lovely ladies at the front desk always greet me with a smile and are always accommodating when it comes to those pesky insurance questions. Over the last twenty-plus years I've seen several hygienists and have no complaints about any of them. All were/are good about insuring my comfort level during my routine cleanings and explaining the next steps rather than just barking, "Open. Close. Open. Close." I did have two minor surgeries with Indrani as my Dental Assistant. There aren't enough words to express what a beautiful, caring person she is and how she made sure I knew everything the dentist was going to do. Speaking of dentists, Dr. Haueis and Dr. C are both tier one doctors and people. Their energy is reflected in the vibe throughout the office. I was scheduled for a procedure with Dr. Haueis and the timing would help me use up my FSA funds. Unfortunately, he was called out of the office for a personal emergency and my appointment had to be cancelled. When the staff realized my circumstances, Dr. C fit me in the same day and I didn't lose my funds. This was the epitome of caring for the patient. I would have no qualms about recommending these fine folks to anyone, even if it meant I had to wait a little longer for an appointment!

Dr. Daniel Mulligan is everything you could want in a dentist. He's gentle, attentive, and…read moreincredibly knowledgeable. From the moment you walk into his practice, the atmosphere puts you at ease. It's a small office, which gives it a cozy and personal feel. Something that's not often said about dental clinics. One of the things that sets Dr. Mulligan apart is how thoughtful and balanced his approach is. He doesn't push unnecessary procedures like some dentists do. Instead, he focuses on what you actually need for long-term dental health. He's even caught issues that other dentists completely missed. His entire staff is just as wonderful. I know each of them by name, and that says a lot about the kind of care they provide. My whole family sees him, and we've been patients for years. Here's the real kicker: my family includes dental techs and hygienists who work at other practices around town. Even with access to free dental care through those connections, we all still choose to see Dr. Mulligan. That alone should speak volumes. Personally, I have a deep fear of the dentist due to traumatic experiences when I was younger. But Dr. Mulligan has truly helped me move past that. He's patient, kind, and never rushes. I actually look forward to my appointments now, which is something I never thought I'd say. This practice is a rare find, and I can't recommend it highly enough.
