They gave him a teddy bear which he still loves and carries around. I finally went myself and thought they did a great cleaning and checkup. They gave lots of great advice on dental care for me and my infant.

I called my regular dentist who told me that absolutely nothing could be done. I had no options besides implants to replace a whole heap of teethuses, which my insurance wasn't going to cover. Like a miracle from up above I received a mailer from the Short Pump practice and I called them and asked if they worked miracles on short notice. Anyway, Dr. Kowal said he could fix me up, and he did. He did things to my teeth that I didn't think could be done. I just recently got my kids back from the pawn shop, but I can chew through a can. The staff is friendly enough. They have had some turnover, and once you get used to someone they're gone, but for the most part they have all been nice. I have paid a ton of money for my smile but at the end of the day Damn I'm worth it, lol.

Let me know it was active and got me in. a lovely dental assistance walked me in. as soon as they got me and they took x-rays, not even once they asked me if I was pregnant or not, after my x-ray, I was due for my cleaning and surprisingly enough it was the same doctor that didn't knowledge me in the front. as I had my mouth open, she heard the front door ring then she goes to greet them. and come back like nothing ever happened. again have in my mouth up, and I felt very uncomfortable, especially the way she was speaking to her dentist assistant. Demanding and rude. after month and a half goes by I get harassed by text messages in my phone for a billing issue They did wrong. Asking me to Pay!!! this is the worst dentist I've ever been, and I don't recommend it to no one.
