So when I showed up today as it was on my calendar I was informed that I didn't have an appt. Took time to rearrange my day for this appointment. Walked out seething . Called asked for office manager who did call me back who tried to explain and twist it like I canceled my appointment... didn't feel like I was given a true apology. This wasn't my 1st time with appointment issues. I suppose when your business is so large and have numerous locations and long waits for appointments that quality of customer service goes down the drain. Customer loyalty too isn't important either. Well I won't be recommending you anymore in the future if anyone asks me for a dental group. I had to go back with days as the bite was painful even with drinking water. I am no dentist and can not self treat. I had to go back 2 second time with a week and the dentist waving his hands in the air simply said, he can't do anything!!! When I voice my frustration. He refused me any further treatment and said I could go see a different dentist. I followed a medical practitioner's advise to preventive care and am now left with pain and suffering, neither of which I had, had gone to his office for a free dental cleaning. Today, he replaced a crown that had come off, and his work prompted me to write this review. He first had to reshape the tooth structure under the crown and prepare the tooth and then re-cement the crown. There was no discomfort and everything was fully explained. The crown feels great. The office staff is also very professional and courteous. Highly recommend this office, and in particular, Dr. Lenoir.
