Demanding and rude. after month and a half goes by I get harassed by text messages in my phone for a billing issue They did wrong. Like a miracle from up above I received a mailer from the Short Pump practice and I called them and asked if they worked miracles on short notice. Anyway, Dr. Kowal said he could fix me up, and he did. He did things to my teeth that I didn't think could be done. I just recently got my kids back from the pawn shop, but I can chew through a can. The staff is friendly enough. They have had some turnover, and once you get used to someone they're gone, but for the most part they have all been nice. I have paid a ton of money for my smile but at the end of the day Damn I'm worth it, lol.
