From start to end, the booking process was a nightmare. The details of my bad experience are far too numerous to list, so let me caution would be customers from using this agency for booking any travel plans. In short, the service provided inaccurate, incompetent, incomplete and in some cases non-existent.. The result ended up in me having to do the tasks the travel agent should have done, correcting oversights, etc.... I must say, in the many years I have used the services of a travel agency, I have never once encountered such unprofessionalism as I have in my interactions with this agency. First, the lack of transparency in their service fees is appalling. Charging $40 per person to print airline tickets is absolutely obsene. Second, when I brought the phantom charges to the owner's attention, her response was nonchalant and her tone was condescending. Third, she refused to refund my credit card. When questioned about it, I was told the refund amount will be set up on my cruise onboard account, that agreement was never fulfilled. Once again, the lack of professionalism and follow through permeate through every services they offer. Fourth, I had to contact and remind them, once again of the refund/agreement. After almost 6 months, they finally issued my refund, however, the amount was only half of the dollar total that was agreed upon, when questioned, the owner responded that she did not remember our agreement amount and that she did not have written documentation. Knowing who I was dealing with, I was ready to produce written proof, it was only then that she said, "my bad". Do yourself a favor and take your hard- earned money to another travel agency.

You can bring food and drinks on the boat though they do have a bar full of options to choose from if you want a beer or cocktails. No food options to purchase on the boat. Everyone was nice and my son even was able to take the wheel for a while. A positive was that we were able to jump on the boat with no reservation. There are 4 large booth tables and plenty of other folding chairs and tables to relax by. They have a bathroom on board the ship with its very own window. I'm not sure if it's normal but there was no music playing which I liked since I was able to have conversations with my family. Tom & Steve are the owners and very nice and welcoming.

The limo was supposed to at our house at 2:45 to pick up the bride and 3 bridesmaids. They called around 3pm to tell us that the limo driver got lost. We called them at 3:20, and they told us "the limo broke down and they sent out another one at 3:15". It only takes 20 minutes to get to our house from their location. We waited until 4:10, until we finally loaded up in our own vehicles to get to the wedding an hour late! We drove the same way the limo would've needed to take and we did not pass a single one. So, basically, a limo was never even sent! DO NOT USE!!! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!!! How can anyone feel comfortable knowing they ruined the best day of 2 people's lives?! Scum bag!
