I've been coming to the AAA South Jersey - Voorhees office for the past few years to purchase Gift Cards during the Holiday Season. They run a great promotion on Visa Gift Cards during this time (no fee at activation AND no fee for the recipient to use it). Danielle at this office has been the one to help me and she is such a pleasure to work with. She was terrific again today, as she was able to get everything done smooth and efficient. The team at this office in general is great--I'm always immediately greeted and have nerd felt like they were as busy as they truly are. Thanks for always being there for us!

Last night her husband drove the car to shop for Thanksgiving in the pouring rain (a real downpour). The car was smoking at the store. He called for a tow and was told that because his wife wasn't in the car AAA wouldn't cover the tow. My daughter-in-law had been released 2 weeks ago from a week in the hospital for pneumonia and asthma and could not be in the bad weather. But AAA wouldn't cover the tow because she wasn't in the car. I told "Tom" the Supervisor about the circumstances and he wouldn't budget. I told him I had previously been a AAA member myself and thought the membership covered the car and was told it only covered the person on the card so the card was towed after paying $208. I WILL NOT RENEW THIS PATHETIC "MEMBERSHIP". The rules are ridiculous, the personnel are rude and unsympathetic and frankly, after years of paying for memberships that were never used because there was no need for I remember a tow or roadside service, AAA SOUTH JERSEY is not a service company I would recommend. Period!​​

We…read morewere originally planning to go to Italy last year but after postponing our wedding due to the pandemic and Italy shutting down, Carol and her team were so professional and helpful with rescheduling. Fast forward to planning our new honeymoon this spring and we decided on Tahiti with stays in Moorea and Bora Bora. Carol was able to keep our new trip within our original budget which was a huge plus. We opted to spend the little bit of extra money on trip insurance with everything going on and it paid off big time. When we arrived in Tahiti we ran into some issues with this wonderful pandemic going around. Thank god we had not only the trip insurance but Carol and her team as well. They stayed in constant contact with us despite us being 6 hours behind. She was able to transfer our reservation from our Bora Bora stay to extend our stay in Moorea due to some travel restrictions. She constantly reassured us everything was going to be fine through the most stressful week of our lives which was probably the best aspect of having her as our travel agent. Carol and her team at Farnesi Travel worked non stop and were in constant contact with us, the hotel, the airline and other contacts to make sure we had what we needed for not only our stay but to get home as well. We seriously cannot thank Carol enough. She was a god send. If you've ever thought about buying trip insurance I can tell you first hand it is worth every penny. We will be buying it for every future trip we plan. If you've ever thought about using a travel agency, Farnesi Travel is who you need to use hands down. They have made us customers for life.

SHORT STORY: Do yourself a favor and go to one of the several driving schools in the area that have…read morea good reputation. My instructor was not only ridiculously mean, but he was ignorant. Judging by the false information he gave me, I don't think he's reviewed the driver's manual in years. I got more help from YouTube videos than I did from the instructor. I literally couldn't even ask the man a question for clarification without receiving a mean and belittling response. Having a respectful and knowledgeable instructor is so important and I did not get that from AAA. If you're going to try AAA, at least avoid Ed.
