I've been coming to the AAA South Jersey - Voorhees office for the past few years to purchase Gift Cards during the Holiday Season. They run a great promotion on Visa Gift Cards during this time (no fee at activation AND no fee for the recipient to use it). Danielle at this office has been the one to help me and she is such a pleasure to work with. She was terrific again today, as she was able to get everything done smooth and efficient. The team at this office in general is great--I'm always immediately greeted and have nerd felt like they were as busy as they truly are. Thanks for always being there for us!

I bought a AAA Roadside membership for my daughter-in-law for the past few years as a Christmas…read moregift because she bought a new car. Last night her husband drove the car to shop for Thanksgiving in the pouring rain (a real downpour). The car was smoking at the store. He called for a tow and was told that because his wife wasn't in the car AAA wouldn't cover the tow. My daughter-in-law had been released 2 weeks ago from a week in the hospital for pneumonia and asthma and could not be in the bad weather. But AAA wouldn't cover the tow because she wasn't in the car. I told "Tom" the Supervisor about the circumstances and he wouldn't budget. I told him I had previously been a AAA member myself and thought the membership covered the car and was told it only covered the person on the card so the card was towed after paying $208. I WILL NOT RENEW THIS PATHETIC "MEMBERSHIP". The rules are ridiculous, the personnel are rude and unsympathetic and frankly, after years of paying for memberships that were never used because there was no need for I remember a tow or roadside service, AAA SOUTH JERSEY is not a service company I would recommend. She assisted us in picking excursions and arranging transportation wherever necessary. With all the stress of planning a wedding at least we didn't have to worry about the honeymoon. Fantasy travel refused to ask the…read moreresort for a group rate when the resort said a group rate would be available when the bride booked her wedding. tracey was very casual in responding to out questions in email. after much hesitation and peer pressure I booked my trip with them. I give them a deposit and they send me a invoice in the mail. how old school of them. i realize about 6 weeks before the wedding that i hadn't paid my balance. when i called to find out when that was due it ends up they hadn't noticed that i hadn't paid yet either and it was past the due date. i pay and they actually charge me the wrong amount and didn't notice that either. then it's about 2 weeks before the wedding and i realize i didn't get plane tickets or a hotel confirmation in the mail yet. i call again and they said "oh didn't someone call you to see if you wanted them mailed or picked up." no one ever called. i decide i better pick them up since they are so unreliable. and good thing i did. my friends tickets were mailed to the wrong address even though she had called twice to let them know her new address. and i still have not received the insurance information that i purchased with the trip. the same insurance that i had to remind them that i purchased more than once. This place is so small town and disorganized. i wish I never booked with them. And I will almost put money down on it that I show up at the resort in the foreign country and they don't have my reservation. I should of just booked this trip myself. It's not like I got a special rate or saved any time or aggravation booking with them. in fact it actually cost more time and aggravation. so thanks for that.

SHORT STORY: Do yourself a favor and go to one of the several driving schools in the area that have…read morea good reputation. My instructor was not only ridiculously mean, but he was ignorant. Judging by the false information he gave me, I don't think he's reviewed the driver's manual in years. I got more help from YouTube videos than I did from the instructor. I literally couldn't even ask the man a question for clarification without receiving a mean and belittling response. Having a respectful and knowledgeable instructor is so important and I did not get that from AAA. If you're going to try AAA, at least avoid Ed.
