Got into cab, trash on floor, it smelled like a dirty ashtray. I found out why when he lit up a cigarette during the ride. He didn't have change, so he made me go into a WAWA and get some. As we are driving to my destination the surrounding are not looking familiar to me so I ask my driver where am I going in which he responds to your destination , he took me to destination in the middle of nowhere and told me to get out of his car or pay an extra 8.00 dollars and if i don't he will remove me physically , since I told him the wrong location which I didn't I'm a 22 yrs. old woman it is the middle of the night and middle of nowhere. The flight was delayed approx 1 1/2 hours. We landed at 1:35am, turned on phones to a message from Christina that because the flight wouldn't be in until almost 2:00 am they couldn't pick us up. Yes, she texted us while we were in the air knowing we couldn't get the message. They refunded our money, but we're left taxiing to the gate wondering how we're going to get 9 people home at 2:00am. Thank goodness we don't live further away, as we were able to Uber - at 2:00am - with our kids - in Philly. Not a great end to our vacation. Do they not know that in their line of business they will have people who might be delayed out of their control? What kind of business does that?!? What kind of human being for that matter? I will never use this service again and I will make sure everyone I know who's looking for transportation knows which service not to use. We didn't just use Uber in the first place because we wanted a company who would value our business and take care of us.
