Don't know when the last time it was properly cleaned. The first room we were in one of the top sheets was ripped. The second room had a pillow with stained cover and the toilet cover had a hole in it. Very strange that they didn't bother to change it since it's so obvious. Very stingy with towels. We have 4 people in the room and they keep leaving only 3 big towels. Not sure what the reason is. The breakfast is standard. Although the mini waffle maker is very neat. Eggs sometimes get replenished sometimes not. There's one set of laundry machines cost $2 each in quarters. We booked here because of the review for Hampton inn across the street is terrifying (bed bugs). However I can't recommend this hotel. Not sure any other hotels in the area is any better. Maybe we should stay a bit further out next time.

We checked in after being stranded after a severe motor vehicle accident and they made sure we checked out as late as we needed, until we got our new rental and we're well rested. The snacks came in handy when we had to depend on them for dinner, since there's no Uber Or Lyft around and the food delivery services were not available once we checked in at 8pm.

The restaurant did seemed to get a bit noisy at night which drifted up to our room. The breakfast baskets were a BIG hit! The frittatas tasted so good! The fruit cups were also so fresh. I tried the prosciutto croissant on our last day which hit the spot. The quality of food was top notch - just wish we were able to order more! I had an appointment at the spa as well during our stay.
