I always have to question when a private label bottle with the restaurants label on it comes to the table and it's not sealed. Is it really fresh bottled water or did they just fill it from the tap and charge me? One will never know, it's not a big deal and I just chalk it up to the tourist tax.

Tastevere's owners bring the food in fresh daily from their farm. They are very proud of the fact that all of the food is organic and home-grown.
