My AirBnB host recommended this place for traditional food. We did not not make any reservations to dine there on a late Saturday evening. It was busy, but my partner and I were seated promptly, perhaps luckily. Their entrance is plastered with multiple Michelin Guide recommendation stickers spanning between 2008 and 2016, so that was cool lol.
Our server was very friendly and spoke English decently. The restaurant offered us this complimentary warm fried cheese dish that was very good. We also had their house red-wine, which was pretty good; mild, but slightly dry. Definitely get the osso-bucco. I got the steak w mustard sauce. I felt it was good but not exceptionally good as it seemed to be described. I was told the mustard sauce was very special. It could be a difference in palette. The mushroom pasta was very good. We had tiramisu as the dessert and it was one of the better tasting ones. Overall, I really enjoyed the dining experience and would recommend for traditional cuisine. read more
