They use an ear-piercing gun and have a decent variety of studs to choose from. The stud metals include 14-karat white and yellow gold, surgical steel, and titanium. No appointment was required, which made it very easy. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for a local ear-piercing spot and you don't want to go to a tattoo shop or an adult piercing place that would likely charge you a lot more. There were signs saying that they tow if you don't go into the few businesses right there, but I was in my car still (never got out) and was in the process of moving. Very trafficky and stressful. I was trying to find other street parking on my map's and then was met with a loud knock on my car window telling me to move if I wasn't coming into the store rudely and honestly really passive aggressively. Almost all of the spots were open there too. Honestly makes me not even want to go into the store now. I understand not being able to park there because it's for the businesses, but I do think it could have been handled better. There was no empathy or questioning just rudely telling me to move if I wasn't shopping there. Just not very kind. She also stood in front of my car until I left.... Very not welcoming and rude.
