She listened carefully, absorbed every detail of our feedback, and helped us bring the vision to life. I shared that I wanted to incorporate diamonds from both of my grandmothers' rings, and she absolutely exceeded every expectation. After trying on a few different shapes, we scheduled a second visit the following week. When we returned, Katherine had prepared full 3D renderings of three different designs based solely on what I had described verbally. She even had wax molds of all three so I could try on the shapes and sizes to truly understand how the ring would feel before finalizing the design.
