An absolutely terrific place to buy an engagement or wedding ring. This review of The Diamond Shoppe comes in as my wife and I are celebrating our first anniversary. After one year of wearing our rings, we couldn't be more satisfied with our experience here, start to finish. Dragan is ultra-talented in his arena. His ability to walk me through the process (as a first-time diamond buyer), coupled with his attention to product detail based around our wishes, feels like a rare characteristic of a jeweler. He made all the difference in the world at my purchase time, and he has followed through on his commitment to take care of us with numerous, casual appointments, for ring-shines throughout the year. We have shared screen-shots of his business card with a handful of friend and family potential buyers, who did not know where to begin. (I'm currently twisting the arm of my east-coast brother, who is making his exciting plans, to book a trip to come see my guy, Dragan). We tell them that when you step into this small & luxurious shoppe, it's immediately apparent that Dragan is going to take care of whatever your needs are, openly and transparently. Dragan custom designed a ring to Heather's exact desires. It is beautiful and exactly what she wanted. He was so nice in dealing with us and the timelines were as promised. He has great prices and I would highly recommend this business.
Bought my now fiancés engagement ring here. Dragan was incredibly patient with me and showed me nearly every ring/stone combination in the store. I ended up with a custom setting which turned out better than I could have imagined! Best of all, my fiancé is in love with it.
I can't thank Dragan enough for the engagement ring I recently purchased. I proposed this past weekend and the ring was everything my fiancé could've dreamed of and more. She absolutely loves it! Dragan was very helpful in helping me to understand what can be a difficult and overwhelming process. Dragan is one of the most professional, informative, and kind individuals I have had the pleasure to meet. I was referred to him by a fellow Navy veteran friend of mine who said I had to use his jeweler. I was impressed by his story of Dragan's customer service of being able to help him find a gift for his wife all through email while he was deployed in Afghanistan. Dragan didn't disappoint. I have never bought an expensive piece of jewelry in my life and had no idea the complexity of buying an engagement ring. Dragan educated me on quality, color, weight, shape, settings, pricing, difference between wholesalers and online purchases, etc. I was also excited to see how his prices were very fair and kept me from the uneasy process of buying from wholesaler jewelers in the back alleys of downtown Los Angeles or online which I wasn't too much a fan of. He was a breath of fresh air and made the nerve racking process of finding, purchasing, insuring, transporting, hiding, and revealing it during a surprise proposal in Paris an amazing and fun process. I'm glad to have Dragan as my jeweler and will happily refer all my friends to him and his store.

I have to rave about how amazing Dragon is as a Jeweler and as a person. Dragon at the Diamond Shoppe is the best in this universe!! I know I sound crazy but honestly I am in love with my diamonds and the care, presentation and education we have gained with him. We will be growing old with Dragon and so thankful that we were sent to him from my husbands cousin because he truly is a diamond in the rocks!! My husband went to Dragon for my wedding ring and designed the perfect ring several years ago. I continued to build a relationship with Dragon over those years because I would bring my ring in for cleanings and just love catching up on our lives and getting educated about diamonds. Now fast forward to now and we have a little boy, a gorgeous wedding ring, a pair of diamond earrings with Rose gold backings that my husband just bought me yesterday and a great friend and jeweler that we will be growing old with.

Planning a proposal and shopping for a ring can be super stressful for a man! Luckily, the shopping for the ring part of the plan went smoother than expected and I can thank Dragan and The Diamond Shoppe for that! I already had a design in mind for an engagement ring and presented it to Dragan and his team. He was quick to respond and very helpful. The thing that made the experience stand out for me was the patience and no pressure vibe. I must have asked for adjustments the design at least 5 times and he was super patient and helpful. It really came out perfect.The turnaround time was fairly quick and the price was very fair. The craftsman ship and quality were amazing. Best part, was seeing my fiancé's reaction when she saw it. I'd highly recommend this place! Ring was a 1.4 ct diamond F color vvs2 oval halo with matching eternity band set in platinum.
Dragan and his team have been apart of some of the most amazing moments in my life. Designing our custom wedding ring, refurbishing my grandmother's 100 year old pieces, setting my birth stone given to me from my in-laws with a stone that was brought back from Brazil 35 years ago, and picking out each diamond with my husband for my right hand ring when our daughter was born. Each piece is truly incredible. Dragan's customer service goes above and beyond anything anyone would expect from a Jeweler. He has become a true friend and someone I trust with my most prized possessions. Just recently I came in with an idea for a stackable ring and he knew exactly what I was looking for within 10 minutes of talking. In no time at all he produced exactly what I was looking for at a fraction of the cost from other jewelers. (Pick included). I would recommend him and the team at the Diamond Shoppe 100 times over!

After seeing such great reviews, I decided to check out the Diamond shoppe. I came in with an idea of what I wanted and Dragan went above and beyond to create a beautiful engagement ring. Im so thankful he was able to get it done in time. My fiancé has gotten stopped for compliments from women and men! Was recommended to Dragan and the Diamond Shoppe by a good friend and for good reason. Honest, straight forward and totally professional. It was my first time going through the engagement ring shopping process and walked me through it all. Looked at a couple diamonds, told him what I was looking for, he told me he'd find what I wanted and to also look at other shops and do my research. Looked at several shops and so called diamond brokers, got a call from Dragan saying he found exactly what I was looking for. He was spot on! This new store has big selection of pretty rings and quality diamonds! Great personal service and intimate atmosphere that I felt very comfortable and no pressure like the stores in the mall. Customer service is out standing. They really pay attention to what my needs and understand what I'm looking for. They offer me the option to custom design ring but at the end up I found what I really love. I'm absolutely happy and appreciate their knowledge and helpful service. I hope to go back there soon to make custom ring! read more

I was looking for the perfect ring to propose to my girlfriend. Dragan (the owner) was very personable and spent 30 minutes on the phone with me determining what my best options were given my budget and her preferences. We setup and appointment at his luxury shop a few days later. He made sure to bring multiple diamonds in my price range, explained all about how the diamonds are rated and offered a relaxed no pressure sales environment. I ended up with a beautiful solitaire ring that appraised for double what Dragan charged me. If you are looking for a talented jeweler who is truly passionate and extremely knowledgeable, look no further. He even finished the ring early for me since I needed it for a specific proposal date. If I could give The Diamond Shoppe more than 5 stars I would! Dragan has taken care of my jewelry for close to 10 years and he is the absolute best! He re-desinged my engagement ring a few years ago from a solitaire to a gorgeous 3 stone ring. He kept us in the loop every step of the way and the ring is stunning. Recently, my original wedding band had some chipped stones and the setting was a little outdated. After coming up with some ideas, we trusted Dragan to make me a new ring and he did not disappoint! My rings are beyond spectacular! He will always strive to make sure you are happy with your purchase and will always take care of you. I needed someone to repair some prongs on my wedding ring and keep it from falling off. I interviewed a few jewelers. I went with "The Diamond Shoppe" because Dragan just "outshined" (pun intended) all the others. I went with a custom band. My original ring was unique with a heart shaped diamond. He helped me through the whole process in picking the proper style and size of the additional ring. It turned out STUNNING. I love it. read more
