I clearly told them my house has 2 bedrooms and a bonus room, but in reality they only planned for moving 1 bedroom, resulting in understaffing, which made me ended up paying more because of the long hours and overtime. The scheduling person didn't even get my name right...the scheduling experience was pretty bad. But the actual moving experience was good. I simply want to know an ETA on when my items will arrive so I can make sure I can clear my schedule to be there when they arrive but they don't know where my stuff is and keep saying it's at a wear house waiting to be picked up ( they don't disclose the location of the warehouse such at city or state to give me a better idea of the items whereabouts) I simply just want an ETA.. I don't care if it's next week or two but just help me understand when the items are expected to arrive and that you at least know the whereabouts. Every representative states " I will find out what warehouse" but fail to do so given I've been asking since October 8th....... I guess I might as well mention on the scheduled pick up date of the 29th our pick up window was from 8am-12pm and they didn't arrive until 2:45pm. When I asked why they arrived late the representative ( Faye) said she was sorry the truck driver got lost.. When I asked the two men loading the items ( they were amazing and nice to deal with) he said Faye double booked that time slot and that they didn't get lost.....

I explained that I had other appointments and might need to pass because of the timing -- and before I could even finish my sentence, she hung up on me. That was extremely rude and honestly shocking.
