Jarrod, our tour guide, was so knowledgeable and passionate about the brewery, history, science, product, and community involvement. He gave us an amazing tour and offered to take pictures of us in the brewery. The food is unique and delicious. Just like the beer menu the food menu is limited, but extremely high quality. What they do do they do flawlessly. The inside restaurant, beer garden, land scape, and brewery itself were immaculately clean. The ribs were very tasty, but a little over done. I don't mind the charred coating on most bar-b-q, but this had too many burned meat edges. The chicken was OK, not a lot of bar-b-q flavor. All of the sides were pretty good. For $8.00, it was a sizable meal and overall, not bad. The complete menu will also have steak sandwiches, collard greens, and macaroni and cheese. Most businesses that opened here have not survived very long. There has been Mexican and Lebanese style diners, plus pizza and sub shops in this location and I don't think any have been there more than a few years. One of the major problems is the limited parking.
