On our most recent visit, my wife and I started the meal with grandmas eggrolls and steam buns. The buns have a "rotating flavor," which was pork this time around. Both apps were enjoyable, but the steam buns could've used more pork. For our entrees, we ordered the almond boneless dunkers and the pork katsu. Both entrees came with rice, which had above average flavor and texture. The katsu was delicious, and is hands down the best dish I've had here. The dunkers were pretty sizable compared to other restaurants' ABC, but the gravy it came with had an unpleasant, metallic taste. Overall, New Age Noodles is a good restaurant. I had shrimp fresh rolls, and my sliced beef pho came out just as I was finishing. I thought the fresh rolls were standard good, though maybe wrapped better than other places as I had no issues with the roll falling apart (as has happened elsewhere). The pho was wonderful, and just what my sinus needed. The beef was far less fatty than I've had elsewhere, but I also found it to be a bit overdone. I fully plan on returning another cold day.
