On our most recent visit, my wife and I started the meal with grandmas eggrolls and steam buns. The buns have a "rotating flavor," which was pork this time around. Both apps were enjoyable, but the steam buns could've used more pork. For our entrees, we ordered the almond boneless dunkers and the pork katsu. Both entrees came with rice, which had above average flavor and texture. The katsu was delicious, and is hands down the best dish I've had here. The dunkers were pretty sizable compared to other restaurants' ABC, but the gravy it came with had an unpleasant, metallic taste. Overall, New Age Noodles is a good restaurant. I will say, I would like to see some of the specials become permanent menu items.

The yummy sauce was good, but I wish they had ginger sauce for the hibachi plate. Everything was filling portion wise. A big amount of food for not too bad of a price. The menu is extensive ranging from sushi, ramen, udon, to hibachi. Our food was excellent! The Fire Cracker roll was delicious, the avocado was rich and the tempura was crunchy. I arrived right before the lunch rush, which is good as they got very busy. I was seated immediately, and my order was taken right away. It seemed like they had a very small, but hard hustling staff. The gentleman who took my order was equal parts friendly and efficient. The restaurant seems to have a good amount of regulars from what I observed. My order came out amazingly quickly. I had shrimp fresh rolls, and my sliced beef pho came out just as I was finishing. I thought the fresh rolls were standard good, though maybe wrapped better than other places as I had no issues with the roll falling apart (as has happened elsewhere). The pho was wonderful, and just what my sinus needed. The beef was far less fatty than I've had elsewhere, but I also found it to be a bit overdone. I fully plan on returning another cold day.
