We had this company come out to inspect our property for bats after finding one in the house. They…read morewere at my house for less than 30 minutes and said there were no bats. After I paid them for the "inspection", we found another bat in the house and had to call a different company to do an inspection. The second company actually found 37 bats in our chimney! TAG wildlife never even went up on the roof to check! They did a rushed, incomplete inspection and did not find what was an obvious problem. After I called TAG and told them that I was disappointed with their inspection and wanted a refund, they said they would call me back, and never did. I have yet to receive any refund and this all happened months ago. I would never recommend anyone use TAG wildlife for anything.

It sounded like they were going to come through the walls. They came to inspect and said it was a raccoon, probably pregnant, and found where it was entering from. They set a trap and were paid 575.00. We didn't hear from them for weeks, nothing ever went into the trap. Called several times, most times didn't get a return call. Tim came over again, said the raccoon was gone and it was probably squirrels and set another trap about 3 weeks ago. Still haven't heard anything from them. This whole process started on 4/17/17. Have called several times and haven't gotten a call back. This company is horrible. Going to file papers in court next week and start the paperwork for the BBB and Consumer Affairs. If you don't want to be bothered doing job, that is fine, just give us our money back. They are very unreliable and unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend using this company to anyone.

I had called 4 companies before them and they all either didn't have the right ladder, or kept rescheduling, didn't show up, or wouldn't treat inside or check the attic or have a ladder high enough for outside and a bunch of other excuses. Theses guys did what all the others couldn't or wouldn't. They showed up when they said they would, they immediately went in the attic without excuses, had the appropriate ladders to go up 2 stories outside. They looked inside and out and eventually found the nest. They killed the bees sealed up the holes, and was done! I highly recommend them and they will be my first call with any future problems.

After seeing evidence of a rat, and meeting the large guy in my basement, I tried to resolve the…read moreissue myself. I found a crack in a roof drain pipe near the main sewer outlet to the street. Sealed the likely entrance, built trap boxes ( YouTube... ) and used various baits. Rats are extremely smart and fast. He'd get the food but not caught. After a a few weeks I gave in and searched for an exterinator. The reviews about Joe prompted me to get in touch. The reviews describe him perfectly ! He came the next day. We spent almost 2 hours going around the house inspecting for evidence of entry points, nests, activity as well as getting to know each other. He is truly a nice guy who knows his craft ! Joe seemed impressed by my approach. Thought, based on what he saw, that there might only be the one and didn't see any obvious additional enrty points. He suggested a few new baits and traps and we decided to stay in touch before moving to poison. He refused payment for his time and advice. He promptly replied to my status texts over the next few days. Nobody caught, no success... until I got him ! Sent Joe pictures. Recieved a congratulations reply ! Now going to keep monitoring for a few weeks, traps set. Maybe my problem is solved. Fingers crossed my visitor didn't have friends and family. In person, he gave us a brief rundown of our situation and how carpenter bees thrive in environments like in our backyard. (Ack!) He was able to treat the bees' nests on the spot - about five holes - and within an hour or two, we had about 30 bees die! While he had given us a pamphlet on his method and the substance used, we wanted a clear answer on whether we needed to pick up the bees to prevent our dog from eating them. I texted him with this question, and within a half hour, he called me back. He confirmed that while the toxicity was low, we might as well pick up the dead bees. Three days later, he came to seal up the holes. We did end up seeing additional bees a week later, and he came by again to seal up what is hopefully the remaining holes. It was a little harder to schedule this appointment, but it was worth the wait. Andrew has a nice sense of humor, and I appreciate his flexibility and desire to have the clients understand what we were dealing with.
