The company I work…read morefor was holding their first big conference and as a part of the two day conference our VIP ticket holders were taken on a Day In Dallas tour. We took our VIP gusts to Att stadium for a tour and 3 course meal and cocktails, and ended the day at Kings Spa (if you haven't been there yet treat yourself, it's a must go!) After requesting quotes, Jack responded with his spritely personality. His customer service stood out above everyone else. Jack immediately sent photos of his different size and luxury vehicles, as well as different options for the possibility of our group size changing. The photos were clear and showed both the type of luxury vehicle, style, and seating type. For what I was looking for, he offered limo style party buses and front facing-style party buses too. I paid a deposit upon rental of two 30 passenger luxury busses. I followed up before the event and sent him our full day's itinerary, for we needed the vans from noon till almost 11pm. I received all my receipts and invoice without hesitation. Prior to the drivers arriving the day of the event, Jack was in communication with me and he followed up during the day to ensure everything was to our liking. Our group had a blast. Jack is such a friendly dude, he's upbeat, and was excited to gain our business! I'll definitely be giving Jack a call next time I am in town, even if it is just to give him a friendly 'hey!' Thank you!

I specifically made…read moremy choice on this company because they had a vehicle for 17 people WITH seat belts as we have small kids in our party (looking at Christmas lights) and parents wanting to bring car seats and boosters. The vehicle that showed up didn't have any seat belts, and when I called to inquire they said the other vehicle was being serviced for AC. I would have liked to know earlier only because the seat belt issue was so pivotal and it put people in an uncomfortable spot trying to decide whether to pass on a really fun holiday family time or just take a risk with babies on board. This bus was also dirty from use, visible dust on seats & dust coming out of AC vents. There were several tech issues that made the day-of confusing (Google calendar invites for the ride canceling, then moving from our scheduled time from 6pm to 4pm, a different driver from the original text message, and the driver telling me tip wasn't included though I certainly had paid the 20% up front). Our driver was patient and accommodating (Melvin) to the confusion while I called the company to figure out next steps, and after the ride when I showed him I already pre-paid his tip. All in all the front end of this company was great, the back end was kind of a mess. To their credit, they did offer a full refund to me if I didn't take the ride and were apologetic. I'd go with another company if you need something super specific like seat belts and want better communication up front if things change with your ride.

It was white-knuckle experience from the get-go. Definitely will NOT call them AGAIN. I don't know who is doing the other reviews, and family members should not count . . . but I can't imagine we were the first to experience this sort of service.

This is an extremely unprofessional company. I originally made an online reservation at Rideone.co…read more I was trying to set up transportation to and from the airport. The reservations disappeared from my account so I reached out to the "contact us" email. The owner promptly called me back and told me they were going through some website issues because they have "many" websites active. This should have been my first clue. He told me to download the "Rydez" app and the information that I used to create my online account will work to sign me in; it didn't. He also told me that he had to adjust the price of the ride to accommodate the airport tolls. I checked back in with him 2 days before the first reservation to confirm that I did in fact have a car coming to pick me up. As I still had no where I could go to see the reservation. He assured me I did and that we were all set. Thankfully I remembered to ask about the price because his "airport toll" increase was $16 each way. To drop someone off at DFW airport costs $2. The original invoice was for $21 each way for a total of $42 now my total is $74. I can park at the airport for $4 less then that. When I bring up the price discrepancy, which he was not going to mention, he starts telling me about insurance costs. Shouldn't the insurance costs be calculated in to the original price? This seems like a bait and switch operation and I would not suggest using them.
