For instance, I rented a 10 + passenger van from him and one day he showed up in his little 5 passenger Lincoln town car and tried to force 6 people into it. Like I said he has no CLASS OR COMMONSENSE. Please take your money elsewhere for better service. It's sad that he has QUALITY in his name, but the quality he offers I can pass on. Eek!
