The air taxi was awesome..we departed from a private airport in Vancouver and flew over the San Juan islands directly to home after a brief stop in Gig Harbor to clear customs (we didn't even have to exit the plane). I immediately hung up and did NOT respond to his text messages since I felt creeped out. I noticed that the number was the same for an Arlington company with a similar website. (http://www.arlingtonairportcabma.com) After calling the number on the Burlington site (since it was listed differently on the website) to confirm my suspicions, I hung up when I heard the same operator's name! Then the man used his cell phone to call me about a cab ride. The whole exchange was extremely unprofessional and creepy. Please do not call this man, I have blocked his number.

I was still able to tip and rate my driver for the first trip this morning. However, for the second trip I was unable to tip, Baruck, who was outstanding. I repeatedly tried with no luck, and then called your only 800 number. I was told by both reps, that this is booking line only, only possible resolution is thru website, cust service has No telephone dedicated line! There is no chat available on website, only standard faq answers. I am guessing that there was some issue with card again in your system-- no issues, plenty of funding, and someone in booking closed the option for tipping? Since, a 5 star rating was already noted as well, which was deserved, but I didn't do it. You Folks are too big for your own good, and your customer service suffers greatly. Second rep actually hung up on me, "James"--he refused to place a manager on the phone. There had to be a fix here, so this driver would rightly receive his earned tip. The last three rides I have had with them have been unsatisfactory. One was over 45 minutes late to pick me up to catch a flight to go to the airport with no apology or compensation from the company whatsoever, they have a call center that is somewhere , managed by people who don't really care whether you get your flight on time or not and seem to have no control over scheduling or fixing a problem. The second trip from the airport, my flight arrived, and I had received a text while I was still on the plane that they had forgotten about my reservation( made at least a couple of weeks in advance) that I needed to call them (!). They get the flight info so they know when you land. The driver was great and texted me, but apparently they had run out of cars , so he had to come pick me up in a school bus! Again he was quite late getting there. My most recent ride was with a driver that I have had multiple times he is unwilling to make any conversation and was really sick, coughing excessively, opening medication while he was driving and wearing no mask! Even after I explained to him that I'm going to see an elderly relative recovering from cancer treatment he didn't make any effort to be more considerate. I don't like writing public reviews like this, but considering the cost of this service and how polite and elegant it used to be, I would say you're much better off getting an Uber or a Lyft.
