I contacted Josh requesting either an estimate or a copy of the original invoice so I could submit it to the insurance company and have the vehicle repaired and rewrapped. After receiving no response for three days, I followed up and asked him to let me know if he was no longer interested in the work so I could move forward with another company. His response was, "Based on this communication, it's probably best," without providing the estimate or invoice I needed. I then asked him to send me the design files so another company could complete the work. Although I was very happy with the original design and wrap, I was disappointed by the lack of communication and customer service when I needed help after the accident. Returning customers should be able to receive a timely response--especially when they are trying to bring additional work back to the same company.

I am very disheartened with the experience I had with 59 Garphixs and Jeff. I reached out to them…read moremonths ago to have a set of shirts designed. The first round went great. On the second round I was having the same design along with a new design made. During this order Jeff became extremely non-communicative and delayed the process. After numerous text messages and weeks passing by he eventually got the final design together and printed the shirts. In addition to the shirts, Jeff was to provide me the actual graphics that I had him create as they were my original designs and it was apart of the payment received. Once Jeff received his payment, he did not provide me the graphic art. I spent weeks emailing and texting him. He kept saying he would get it to me and never gave me what I asked or paid for. I am so disturbed because it was my creation and now I do not have it. I have never done business with someone that has essentially stolen from me because he received payment without producing the full product in addition to it taking months for even some of the product to get to me. I would have been an ongoing customer, but now I would not recommend using his service to anyone. Do not use at all - you'll be stolen from!
