Abe sent me pictures of their Black Diamond Party Bus that was available for the date/day I requested. June 15th. Along with pictures of the chauffeurs that he said would be nearly dressed. On May 6th I booked with Red Carpet Limousine for Saturday, June 15th from 2pm-10pm. The Black Diamond Party Bus was still available for that day. I chose this bus because of the all black interior and exterior. Perfect to go with my birthday colors. Plus I was told the bus had a very nice sound system and ports to charge our phones. Professional dressed chauffeurs. Fast forward to Saturday, June 15th I called Red Carpet Limousine a few times 2 hours before my scheduled pick up time. I wanted the bus to arrive at 2:30. I paid for 2pm pickup time. NO ANSWER! An hour goes by I called back. Still NO ANSWER! So I texted Abe and asked if he could give me a call. The time now is about 1:14pm. Pickup time is in 45 minutes. I received an immediate text saying will call you in a minute I'm wrapping up on another call. Before I could finish typing my response to the text Abe called me. I explained to him about the driver arriving at 2:30pm. And thennnnnn he tells me that Black Diamond Bus isn't available. What??? Really??? The compressor on the bus went out and it had been in the shop for 2 days. Pissed off I am!!! So he tells me he has another bus coming sends me pictures. All white bus, black and red interior. Keep in mind I wanted to rent an all black bus for the color theme of my birthday event. I turned down other companies because they only had white busses available for that date. I asked for an discount. Abe said well just don't give the driver a tip. I'm like what?! So he took off $50 on the rental fee of over $1000. It's a few minutes before 2pm. I have 25 people coming to ride. As much as I wanted to cancel I couldn't. This white bus arrives at 2pm with a broken a back seat. No where to charge our phones. A speaker system that wasn't loud enough. A very casually dressed chauffeur. No coke or Sprite sodas as promised. And a air conditioning that wasn't blowing cold nor cool air in Houstons 94 degree weather! Older model bus. Ceasar our driver was okay. And had the nerve to still ask for a tip. The tip was suppose to be included in the total price. And had everything went as plan we would have tip the driver in addition to the tip that was included in the total price. Absolutely NOT will I ever recommend Red Carpet Limousine or will we ever use them again!

I called Red Carpet Limo service and they were real professional and eager to help with the whole situation. Told me they would be providing a party bus for our event, and sent me pictures of the bus. They always answered my calls and reassured me the our kids would be safe. Bus arrived on time and the women driver Karen was very nice and professional. But when I went into the bus before our kids got on, I right away notice that the bus had only been partially cleaned, when I mentioned this to the driver she immediately went into action and started cleaning. When I called Red Carpet Limo to complain about the not so clean bus, and that I had not paid the full balance owed till I talked to him about my complaints he told me that he was sorry, and he was not worried about the balance owed, he just wanted to make sure that we were happy with the bus and their service. The kids never found out the bus was only half cleaned because the driver jumped into action and cleaned it all up while the kids were finishing up taking picture. They later informed me that they had had a great time and really liked their driver Karen. Thank you Karen and Red Carpet Limo for taking care of our kids. And helping give them a night to remember.

The ride itself was smooth and the limos are extremely fancy with super comfortable seats and included refreshments.
