The woman was rude - some dude had his smelly feet up on a desk and didn't take them down upon our arrival. The woman insisted she had somewhere to be even though we showed up at 5:40p - she asked us to come back the next day. Isn't the point of this jip joint to get cash now at a 750% mark-up so I can enjoy the cash INSTANTLY? Bottom line lady, my face is on this review. You had your shot. You blew it. 1 star - because I can't go lower.

It's possible that he works there as security or even an accountant. With the progress we've made in civil rights, the dog could even be the CEO - I don't want to judge him based solely on the fact that he doesn't wear clothing. The women who greeted me were good-looking, which helps soften the blow of taking out a loan. It must be a business strategy. I was in an out in 5 minutes, and the cash saved my life. Literally. I was locked out of my car and used the check, along with some chewing gum, and a brick to "displace" the passenger window and escape the intolerable sun that would have ultimately led to heat stroke. Thanks Advance Payday!

I just moved into a new place so I showed them a signed lease and sent a pdf copy but the rude lady still said it wasn't valid ? HOW IS A SIGNED LEASE AGREEMENT NOT VALID PRPOF OF ADDRESS!? Excuse me what? You already received copies of my direct deposits ! What a fucking joke. There were also tons of homeless people arguing outside the parking lot as well. I had to keep checking my car to make sure it didn't get damaged. Don't even bother with this trashy place.

So I decided to give it one more chance and I looked up on Google maps and found this business was just a few blocks down the street and since that day I first walked in I knew this was going to be the place I would come back to every two weeks because of how simple easy straightforward respectful and professional the processes every single time. People talk about having a relationship with their banker at the big banks but that was back in the day and nobody gets that experience anymore from the big name brand banks. But here every time I walk in I'm remembered I'm acknowledged I'm able to cash my check simple transparent consistent every time. I highly suggest you come here to cash your checks and conduct your financial business if you're in the area. Actually even if you're not in the area even if you're an hour away and it's a Saturday and every other place is closed or unable to help you This place is open at the hours it says it's open so don't ever feel like it'll be a waste of time to drive over here and see if they can help you out cuz I assure you if you get here during the hours and days it's open you will be helped and be able to get done what you need to get done simple consistent easy and quickly. I've been getting that service every 2 weeks here for 3 months now

Had a good experience with all except black-haired guy, I believe mngr/owner. I once again needed a small temporary loan & figured I'd go back since all went well 1st time. On Sat 3/8/25 I visited for another loan, older gentleman, nice guy took the time a little after closing to finish the loan & handed me my $1,500 check. Unfortunately, neither I nor the gentleman who took in my car did a quick check of the vehicle for scratches, dents etc. *I specifically washed my car & front windshield prior to dropping off vehicle, NO SCRATCHES. I return Thur 3/27 to recover. My car was on fumes & was afraid I'd run out of gas. Got into running vehicle then immediately drove to busy bee gas station right cross the street. Got home & noticed my car littered with deep scratches to my hood in 3 spots. I call Car Capital within 20 min of recovering my car to inform them. I brought the car back as requested to show mngmnt & they completely denied any wrongdoing, acting dumbfounded. They offered to try & buff it out. The nice worker in the lot stated," I am so sorry this happened to your car". Also, "There are a bunch of stray cats that come in at night & they have kittens". I also saw with my own eyes a car in their lot with car cover on it being held down by 2 by 4 wood pieces bouncing up n down on hood from wind. The scratches did not come out as the clear coat was damaged. It's a COMPLETE EYESORE now. There were no scratches on my pristine vehicle until after I recovered it from CAR CAPITAL Collins Ave. Orange, CA. The black-haired guy offered to pay only half of the professional body shop bill to repaint clear coat. I told him I don't have $500 + dollars to fix the new paint damage to my car. Now every time I see those deep scratches all over my hood on my otherwise pristine car I think of Car Capital & how they FU#*ED my car up. So, if you want a loan & DON'T care about getting your vehicle damaged by all means CAR CAPITAL might be for you. Either those cats laid on the hood scratching with their cougar nails or they laid 2by4s on my vehicle, scratches are deep.
