We had an unusual situation arise about halfway through a project that changed the scope of the work needing to be done but also changed the original economics of the decision to make repair. When given the option of "sticking it to me" or hurting himself, Adam chose to hurt himself. What this tells me is that this is a business that is true to their word, thinks long-term and sees issues from all perspectives. This is rare in today's world. If/when I have a need for their services in the future, I won't hesitate to hire them. You should feel the same way.

Thought my wife's car was looking at possibly replacing the master cylinder for her brakes. The guys found the problem was that the brake line just needed to be bled. As soon as they found the problem they let us know, so communication was spot on. Instead of paying several hundred to a thousand dollars for an unnecessary replacement they only charged the labor for the bleed, saving us some serious cash and making us lifetime customers. The shop is clean and inviting and the guys make you comfortable about the exam and diagnosis from start to finish. By far the best auto shop that I have ever worked with. Thanks guys I will be back (but hopefully not too often!)

My family and I were in Okemos for a Juniors' Volleyball Tournament and had a serious tire/rim issue on our BMW 5-series. It turns out that one of the vehicle's rims had a 1.5 inch crack in it and was losing air rapidly. Despite being very busy on a Saturday, these folks worked me right in (after Dian spent a lot of time on the floor in nice slacks diagnosing the problem) and "patched" up the rim so my family could safely get back home (about 200 miles away). They did not have and could not get a new rim in time for my return home, so they did what great service personnel do - they provided me with a safe, reliable short-term SOLUTION. I am not a regular customer of this dealership and had never been to this place of business in the past. They had no reason to go out of their way to help, but did so anyway. Every one I encountered was determined to assist me with my problem. During my time in the greater Lansing area, every place I went and everyone I encountered placed a premium on customer service; and I for one, am grateful and impressed. A HUGE thank you to Okemos BMW.

Then I guess bought at auction by Djs Auto Sales and sold to me. Within this time frame nothing was done about the heads and was never mentioned when I purchased the car. It was sold to me in good working order with no problems other than it was filthy inside and beat up on the outside and sold it to me for 4000. So I contact them with the news I got from the previous owner and they give me the run around and say they are contacting the garage who did he inspection and the previous car lot and see if they knew anything about the blown head gaskets. Like I figured no one knew a thing. No one will take the blame because with taking responsibility means taking the financial responsability too and means that dj auto sales would have to admit they didnt perform a proper inspection and sold a lemon and obviously that isn't going to happen. Crooks! Nothing but trouble dealing with this place. So if your thinking about taking a chance here and your car breaks a mile down the road don't expect them to bail you out. They will say "SORRY YOU BOUGHT IT AS IS AND YOU DROVE IT AWAY FROM HERE SO YOU WILL HAVE TO LIVE WITH IT" AND SAY "YOUR CALLING ME A LIAR AND I'M OFFENDED SO STOP HAREASING ME OR I'LL CONTACT THE AUTHORITIES" after begging for help and giving them the previous owners number they wouldn't call him or make it right.
