My 2021 suburban with GM's pathetic failure of a 10 speed has been having shifting issues for a long time. GM, of course, is refusing to make things right - so while exploring legal action, I still need to get it back on the road. So I brought my Suburban to Shaun (the new owner of Natco). Shaun and his entire team took excellent care of me, made the repairs and got me back on the road. They have secured theribbon of excellance !! Thanks to all of you and NATCO.

Elk River Muffler & Brake will be my one and only shop I go to for all of my mechanical needs moving forward. These guys communicate well and are very technical and in my opinion can diagnose with accuracy what other shops tend to miss diagnose. They replaced my leaking manifolds & the gaskets, serviced my rebuilt transmission at its 30k mile interval , diagnosed and fixed my cylinder 7 misfire, and diagnosed what I thought was a slipping transmission (clogged catalytic converter) all for a more than reasonable price. This shop offers a very personal touch as you can interact with the mechanics working on your vehicle and the guy at the front is great as well. After having the offending parties insurance company decide they wanted to total the car out Mitch was more than happy to still do the repairs for me along with a couple others as long as the front end was pulled apart to get the car back on the road. To get the parts and put it back together I used a variety of after market suppliers and then once everything was delivered brought them over to Mitch and got the car put back together. The only real issue was the wheel well liners didn't fit like he wanted them too and on him they picked up the cost to replace those with ones that were a bit more to their liking. Not many shops are going to do that for you. I'd happily recommend Oak Ridge to anyone needing repairs and body work done on their vehicle. They far exceeded my expectations with getting the car put back together and working better than it did before the accident that caused me to find their shop.
