(After dealing with another goof ball in Santa Rosa) My experience with this team was nothing but Excellent! I am an extremely picky person and a perfectionist... And I am completely satisfied! Old school values put to use very well. (Very impressive) I feel I paid a fair price for all the work done on my 2000 Toyota 4 runner Supercharged (5 speed Manual Transmission). This team is the best of the best! I would like to name the unprofessional idiots in Santa Rosa but I will refrain at this time. I will tell everyone and my friends to take their vehicles to Rohnert Park Transmission. And for the folks I don't like.... I will send them to the other goof balls. Thanks again to Fernando and his professional team! It was nice working with you!

I recently visited Transco Transmission & Auto Repair while traveling through Santa Rosa during my…read moreretirement journey with my wife. Being from Texas and far from home, I needed a transmission fluid change and oil change on my 2500 Ram diesel. Armando Barragán provided service that was not only professional, but exceptional in every way. Armando offered to pick me up from where I was staying, seven miles away, which is a level of customer care you don't often see. From start to finish, he made the entire process straightforward and stress‑free. I felt well taken care of and fully confident in the work being performed. While servicing the truck, Armando identified several key issues that needed attention -- items that could have caused problems down the road. His honesty and thoroughness were greatly appreciated. The cost was reasonable and fair, especially considering how easily repair bills on diesel trucks can escalate. Thanks to Armando and his team, I now feel safe and comfortable continuing my travels across the United States. If I find myself back in Northern California, I would not hesitate to return to this shop. I highly recommend Transco Transmission & Auto Repair for anyone seeking reliable, honest, and high‑quality service.

We were told to drop off our vehicle on a Tuesday, so we did. By the time Friday rolled around WE had to call THEM to find out what was up with our vehicle. Their reply " we're still looking at it". When we finally had enough, we told them we were picking it up on Friday at 4 to take it elsewhere and they didn't even have it back from the warehouse in time for us to pick it up. If you don't have time to fix it, don't invite the business. First time shame on you, second time shame on me. There'll be no third time and definitely no thumbs up recommendations.
