This team is the best of the best! I would like to name the unprofessional idiots in Santa Rosa but I will refrain at this time. I will tell everyone and my friends to take their vehicles to Rohnert Park Transmission. And for the folks I don't like.... I will send them to the other goof balls. Thanks again to Fernando and his professional team! It was nice working with you!

He wouldn't return our calls when I asked them about my car and he broke apart and I had to rent a car and he forgot to tell me that if I told him that we used his shop that we'd get a discount but he forgot to tell me that and so when I got the bill back it was very high and he would only pay a portion of it. They use good oil filters and good quality oil. You can walk over to the Costco complex nearby to pass the time. The guy in the office was very friendly and knowledgeable. Seemed like they were doing quite a few larger repairs on older cars: things like brakes and rotors; replacing worn suspension parts; repairing leaks, etc. Thankfully I don't need any of those repairs yet, but I will keep this shop in mind when the time comes for bigger repairs. One thing is that they don't do tire installation, I think because it's a smaller space.

I spent hours researching and learning the complexities, calling radio repair, discussing with the dealer, etc. No one could help and no one got back to me, I was told it would be almost impossible to replace and extremely expensive to fix................ That is until I took it to Sean at North Bay Bavarian. He had my car for the day and was able to get it back on FM (which no one else could) as well as give us an option to replace it. For the little driving we do, we opted for the less expensive option, happy to just get FM back, but how wonderful to have a choice! My son has a BMW and had been told by his BMW obessed friend North Bay Bavarian is THE place to go. I couldn't agree more. This shop knows what they are doing, so, less money and time is spent. I felt like a weight had been lifted, a big problem solved, thanks to Sean. Kind, wise, fair, knowledgeable and honest.

I found Pauline's by doing a diesel mechanic search and when I called and told them my situation, Kat (desk manager) told me to come in and have one of the techs check it out. Geo, one of the mechanics had a wonderful, peaceful presence to him that brought my "freak out" down to a "everything is going to be alright" state of mind. After chatting with him he told me to come back to next morning and they could diagnose my van. The next day they took it in and went the extra mile to get the problem fixed and even checked in with me to make sure my 4 year old son was comfortable while we waited.
