When I made the call last week, they agreed they would have the part in stock; they even offered to install the parts for me when I arrive! When I asked if it could be painted, it would need extra time and extra money. I decided just to get the part itself, and I agreed to pick it up this week. When I arrived, I saw the front entrance said "parts" with an arrow pointing to the back. I drove around the entire building, until I was at the next dealership. Eventually, I had to drive around the entire building again (narrow driveways by the way), and park inside the services tunnel. As one technician approached me with a friendly smile and attitude, I politely said I'm just here for parts. He changed his demeanor, asked me to follow him, and pointed to me the direction, saying it is down the hall into the right, and then left me. Didn't bother asking for my name, do a warm hand-off to the next department, what I was here for, or any additional services I may need. When I got to the Parts department, I identified my name and they found my parts I needed. I asked if someone could help me to install them; the Parts department said I would have to ask service because that's not offered (meaning the prior person who spoke to me on the phone either lied, or this representative today did not see notes that I requested a simple snap-on installation). While waiting to pay for my parts (which required me to go to Services department), nobody bothered making eye contact with me or saying hello or asking if I've been helped yet. After standing around for 10 minutes, one of the cashiers finally looked up, made eye contact with me, and said if I was ready to cash out he can help me. I didn't bother asking for installation, since this experience already made me disappointed. I paid for my parts appropriately without hassle, and then left. While still in the services tunnel, I took my time to do the snap-on installation, just to make sure the parts would fit. During the six minutes I took to put the parts on, again nobody bothered to look my way or ask if I needed help. After snapping the parts into place, I took off and carried on with my day. As someone who works in customer service as well, I was disappointed. The lack of communication, the poor signage, the lack of empathy, and the lack of consideration for someone just getting parts really made me upset. I'm open-minded to give them another chance later on, but next time, I will probably go back to my own dealership where I bought my vehicle originally.

Northtown had my car for two days, replaced 4 front bushings, sway bar links, and did an alignment. While driving out of the dealership lot, I noticed my steering wheel was off-center. This is something the service tech should have noticed as the car was being driven out of the service bay. I contacted the service advisor who asked me to bring the car back, so the car could be realigned. On my trip back to NC, I still had car issues. I took it to a mechanic in NC who indicated the control arm bracket on the right side was not tightened at all. The thought of having driven over 700 miles, with an issue that could have potentially caused me to lose steering and lead to a catastrophic outcome is very unnerving to say the least. I am extremely disappointed with the service technician who handled the car repairs and that there was absolutely no oversight to be sure I had a safe car to drive.

It was failed due to ripped windshield wipers, which would be fine if they offered a reasonably priced fix. Instead, they tried to charge me almost $80 for a pair of wiper blades--a 100% markup over what local automotive part stores charge. With people struggling financially lately it is my opinion that this is very unreasonable. You can go to any local automotive parts store and find windshield wipers for anywhere $20.00 - $40.00, installed for free. In my opinion,​ using state inspections as an opportunity to price-gouge repeat customers is completely unacceptable. Very disheartening experience, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

As soon as we walked in he came up to us to help us out. We went to his desk and talked about what I was looking into. He then got the 2 cars pulled up for me to take a look at. He allowed me to test drive the Tucson and let me bring my husband and newborn along with me. He helped us get the car seat and stroller into the car and told me about some features of the car. I decided I wanted the car and it didn't take long to get everything squared away so that I could leave with my car that same day! It was a very easy and painless process! Because we had our newborn with us, it made it slightly more stressful, but everyone working here was so friendly saying hi to my baby.

I understand wanting to confirm the condition of my vehicle, but with the values that far off there was not point in me coming in. In addition, all my vehicle settings were changed including changing my vehicle instrument cluster display to the G-Meter. I've never used this screen, but it used to show the current G force and would be used if someone was driving the vehicle aggressively. Extremely unprofessional.

Knowing that Porsche would eventually resume production of this model we discussed options and prices based on 2019. Finally in December orders were being accepted for the 2020 model by Porsche. Allocations were apparently limited, and still wanting to get me my car the way I wanted it, the sales manager traded an allocation for a different model with a dealer in another part of the country. Even though they gave up an allocation on another car that lists for more than my car they still stuck with the original deal that we had negotiated. I feel they went out of their way to insure I got my dream car and delivered safely during these Covid restricted times.

A while back, the battery for my clicker to lock and unlock my door died, so I was manually locking and unlocking my doors the old school way, no big deal. But, recently, I had an issue with the manual lock where it would no longer unlock with the key. I needed to call roadside assistance to get in my car. That same day, I booked an appointment at West Herr Toyota in Williamsville for the following week. (The event happened on a Friday, and I got a Tuesday appointment!) I went online and they had an appointment that was after work hours that fit perfectly into my schedule. I arrived early to my appointment and Doug started on my car immediately. Timing here is important... I pulled up at 6:33pm for my 6:40pm appointment. My car was done and I was cashed out by 6:41pm!!! Now, of course not every appointment for your car is going to be as seamless as this, but Doug knew what he was doing! He fixed my door lock and put new batteries in my clicker and it was only $8.65 for the service and only 8 minutes of my evening. I was thoroughly impressed with the the friendly service, timeliness and cost. The woman who checked me in for my appointment was kind and the woman who cashed me out was equally as sweet. This team was amazing. I highly recommend this service department!

I loooooooove paying for a car that doesn't effing exist anymore. Shame. Not spending any more money here now, sorry bout that. Edit: also they tried charging me $500+ for brake work on a car they sold me less than a year prior. Wtf? But if you ARE buying a vehicle here- go to Timothy Hartnett. He's cool! Really saved me with an even trade that got me into a car which suited my needs much better. He cared that I was a commuting student and cut me a deal unlike any other salesman would!
