This dealership is 70 miles from my home. After contacting and visiting much closer dealerships, I decided to take a flyer and go down to Venice and check things out. The finance manager got us a 72 month loan at a very low interest with PNC Bank. We asked if we could get a 72 month warranty to cover truck bumper to bumper till the truck is paid off, the manager told us it is covered but the payment will go up a little over the term of the loan. Well our truck engine light came on, DEF tank level sensor went bad yesterday 12-19-25. Checked our Zurich service warranty on what to do, found the contract Carol GMC was out of date. The Finance Manager lied, this contract started when the truck was manufactured in 2019, we didn't own it till 2021, lost half the warranty before we took ownership. Called dealership today, they said he made a mistake but for 4k more, we could add the extra three years, we lost everything in Hurricane Ian but truck and camper and retired with little income. Do Not Purchase anything from this lying dealership. Lie, lie, lie, hope their senior parents don't get cheated on like we did. Terrible people, asked if they would discount repairs sense they MADE the mistake of three years warranty gone before our purchase, nope sorry, it was over. Do Not Buy at this GMC Dealership...

I was blessed to be connected with Luke, that young man .. let me tell you, is a rare professional and a customer service master, hopefully he gets promoted. He made my visit effortless, was on top the entire process, kept me updated, provided loaner etc. the car was done after 3 hours with brand new headlights installed. The same warranty Infiniti of Tampa rejected because they're lazy and incompetent (literally they all hate their jobs there) was honored by Infiniti of Sarasota and job performed at top professionalism. 2 visits for the same reason to 2 different dealerships. 2 completely different results. Infiniti of Tampa made my visit a hell and an atrocious experience. Infiniti of Sarasota made my visit for the same issue absolutely exemplary to other dealerships to learn from. Infiniti of Tampa destroyed my trust Infiniti brand, Luke from Infiniti of Sarasota single handedly resorted my faith in the Infiniti brand and made Infiniti of Sarasota my go to Infiniti dealer! Luke obviously loves his job and it shows, the young man is a total winner.
