The valve leak was confirmed but never repaired. I was charged $30 for the rotation despite buying my tires here. A different Mavis location in LWR comped the same service in March. My appointment wasn't even checked in properly. I got a "We Missed You" email after the visit was completed and paid for. Technicians removed two lug nuts, said they were damaged, kept them, and told me they'd have to order replacements. No order was placed, no follow-up, no timeline. Truck was sent home missing lug nuts. They also got grease in my driver's side door jamb. Called corporate to resolve it. Got transferred to a manager who hung up on me after two seconds of silence. I see from other reviews here that the valve stem issue has happened to at least one other customer at this location with the same result. This location has serious quality control and communication problems. The ONLY reason I chose Mavis is because the nearest Discount Tire locations are 1.5 hours away (where I've purchased tires from for 13+ yrs) and Sarasota Ford is 30-40 min from LWR. Going to Mavis was a mistake and a massive time suck, I'll head to Sarasota Ford from now on.

Yet when Tires Plus called me, after my car tire patch was complete, Tires Plus also said my car battery was completely dead. And that I needed a new battery. Tires Plus then tired to sell me a new battery for $248. Remember my battery was completely charged at drop off at Tires Plus. I said no way to a new battery from Tires Plus.
