Ashley even offered to come in on Saturday and give me the run down on the place and explain the classes. During my consultation, Ashley gave me a quick tour of the place, took my measurements, snapped a before pix and answered all my questions. Scheduling the classes is easy, you just visit the website, log in, pick the days you want and hit finish. This isn't like any gym I've been in before... there's no stepper machines, no treadmills, no recumbent bicycles. There is, however a complete TRX setup in the middle of the floor, stretch bands on the wall, ropes hanging from the ceiling and a myriad of other apparatus to get your heart pumping and your body moving. So far I've attended one class and have two more scheduled this week. Every one was friendly, super supportive and just a little bit competitive. Much to my surprise the hour flew by and I'm looking forward to my next class. The may be the beginning of the end for my 24-Fitness membership. I'll be updating this review as I progress through the next 30 days.

After a few classes I felt firmer and fitter, can't wait to see where I am in a year. Don't be intimidated, just go. If you want more of a cardio/weights mix check out the adult performance classes.

I could only leave a message; I was unable to speak to a human being. This does not work for me at all. I did leave a message and am awaiting a return call. This is really poor business practice, in my opinion. It is not clear from the website. I have been to several local pools only to find out - surprize! The only good part is you get paid decently. But the "management" is chaotically disorganized, dishonest, and ultimately horrific. They fail to staff their facilities well if at all most time and will completely disregard your availability. As a former lifeguard, we don't want to be like this either. If we don't kick guests out of lap for not swimming laps, or take our eyes off the water to make sure your crying son is okay, we get punished. Blame management not the guards, we're just as annoyed as you. This facility is also incredibly dirty, as they only allow 30 minutes of cleaning. The water, floors, and overall facility is disgusting. Senior guards 99% of the time don't help, and don't enforce cleaning on the guards either.

I get massages monthly, but I swiftly learned that body work is MUCH different!! Kayt was incredible. She explained what was going on with my issues as she worked. The most knowledgeable person I have ever spoke to regarding physiology & repair. I have been rehabbing my neck for months now, and what she did in one 90 min session was more than all of my PT and regular massage work COMBINED! She helped and explained why my foot falls asleep, she helped with my jaw clicking, and I have range of movement with my neck and arm that I haven't had in years. I'm not joking. I've been able to sleep again. She went beyond my paid time to fully finish some techniques, she wrote me up an email with some exercises to do, and she gave me a list of specialized areas for the next body work specialist to focus on. I only wished I lived in Denver so I could see Kayt regularly. She has changed my life and I'm wonderfully grateful for her knowledge & skill. BOOK WITH KAYT.

I got the grand tour and saw all of the special workout rooms, childcare, coworker space, Pickleball courts, pools, recovery, areas, cold, plunges, saunas, and more. I loved how vast the actual gym floor was, with plenty of machines and free weights, everything you could think of, and not too crowded. Although it was a Saturday afternoon, I get the feeling that it's never unbearably crowded. They have enough machines to go around to avoid long lines. I got a great workout in, and then we hit the showers. We went in the sauna for a bit, as well as switched between the hot tub and cold plunge, it was really nice. I love that the locker rooms have everything you need, large and small towels, toiletries, and hairdryers The showers are hot with great water pressure and everything feels very clean. I had such a nice experience here. However, I don't think it's worth the membership price. Not only is it almost half an hour from me, but even if it was two minutes away, i don't think i could justify the $330 a month price tag. There's just not enough value there.

They have a lap pool and they also have a warmer pool that includes a lazy river and a couple of lap lanes, along with the children's play area. We were there on a weekday afternoon well swim lessons were going on, but had plenty of space to use one lap lane and the lazy river. They have a set of steps to enter by the lazy river and they have a chairlift that enters into one of the lanes. There's also a hot tub that has steps with a rail to get in. In the family locker room there are two accessible changing rooms with a bathroom and shower, including a shower bench and adjustable showerhead. They have an automatic door opener, which is phenomenal, however, the lock is up pretty high, which makes it less accessible for wheelchair users, and short people. there are two other changing rooms in the family locker space that don't have the automatic button, adjustable showerhead, or shower bench, or grab bars on the toilet, but are still fairly large and have space for a wheelchair user There was plenty of accessible parking and automatic doors to get into the building. The space exiting was pretty tight due to how they have the chairs arranged, somebody with a larger wheelchair may have to exit through the entry lane. We also used the steam room, there was no automatic door, but the door wasn't terribly heavy. Everyone is in masks, everyone has their own bottle of cleaner to wipe down equipment, and everyone has their own 10'-15' space in the gym to work out. Doors are open, the ceilings are high, and classes are limited to 6 people. They are making a huge effort to clean every day, and everyone is screened for symptoms before entering the gym. Honestly, I was more worried picking up an order at Home Depot than I've been at Ethos - they are taking our health and safety extremely seriously. As a former athlete with multiple surgeries under my belt, I've been in and out of gyms and physical therapy my whole life. I went through years of very expensive personal trainers only to see minimal gains. I decided to try Ethos after hearing about it from former teammates. What I found was a gym that challenged me, with a team of trainers that are dedicated to every member's success. After 40+ years of destroying my body, I'm now learning how to breathe and move in a different way in order to prevent further injuries. In less than a year I've gained more strength and confidence than I ever did with 10 years of personal trainers. Simply put, Ethos is the best.
