Long deep scratch running the length of right side doors.

Absolutely do not use this carrier. They transported my car to Los Angeles, and scratched the right side doors. These were deep scratches running the length of both right side doors. Their drop-off driver even SIGNED OFF the Bill Of Lading as this being a new scratch. I provided them pictures with their pickup driver that showed no scratches during pickup. And yet they refuse to accept responsibility. They are unscrupulous ... stay away from them. See attached pictures one showing a clean vehicle during pickup with their carrier in the background.

I am in the middle of a move from Virginia to Southern California. This is the company that picked up my vehicle in Virginia for the long haul across the country. I was first alerted to pickup a few days prior by the dispatcher Tyler, who informed me my vehicles would be picked up between 2-4pm, with a 30 minute warning. At 315pm, I texted the driver and Tyler, and Tyler replied stating he would be available at 340pm at the location discussed. No 30 minute warning, not a big deal since I carved this time out of my schedule to have the cars picked up, but it was within the window and location discussed. Many others have run into issues of missing the pickup window and even the location, so good job so far! I linked up with the driver, who was quite friendly, Mr. Kim. I watched Mr. Kim drive one of my two vehicles up the bed of the truck. The truck is a two layer truck for transporting vehicles, and he decided to load my rear wheeled vehicle on the top bed in reverse. No problem with that, but the fact that basic physics should say more weight should be put on the wheels that tied to the transmission, otherwise this will cause the tires to slip a bit. And it did. And cheese grated my brand new $800 set of run flats to oblivion. Outstanding job. Once loaded, the car was fine, except for the fact that the driver also decided to top this off by manually closing my power mirrors. Like I said, I am still in the middle of the move, they are still on the road as I write this, so I have not had time to inspect. The second car was loaded on the lower bed just fine, no grating of the tires or hitting the roof. I have uploaded pictures of the rubber reminisce on the truck. I do have to say that the driver was careful getting in and out of the vehicles and ratcheting down the tires to the bed to ensure he would not scratch the body. I will update this when my cars are delivered. Update: 5/10/2018: In the middle of my move, both cars did arrive. The gentleman who coordinated the move was excellent, friendly, and seemed to know what he was talking about. He unloaded the cars, and I immediately noticed damage to my car. It appears the latches for the tire straps hit both rocker panels, and left decent sized scrapes. I submitted a claim the same day with the driver, who also noticed it when he loaded it up on his truck. I also emailed in to report the issue, same day (Saturday). At this point, this review will continue on Montway's Yelp page due to me originally working with them.

With National Transport Services they were 100% professional and did everything that they said they would and when it was said to be done. As far as the paper work I would be receiving, when the money would be transacted, and the driver that would be contacting me.  Not only was National Transport Services the only company that shipped my vehicle for a great rate, but they also worked closely with me to insure that my Benz would be in good condition and make it safely to Southern California. The driver that pick up my car, Mr. Edgar, was a professional, very respectfully and delivered my car on time at my home in So Cal as expected and without any problems whatsoever.  National Transport Services and Mr. Edgar will be the company that I recommend for others looking to ship their vehicle. These guys are the best. THANK YOU for everything!

I was local in Pomona so they were able to pick my car up and delivered the car to TX in just about 2 days. This was awesome service. They didn't nickel or dime me for the cost and they stuck to the original quote. They are owners and operators of their trucks to TX so they were no brokers involved which made this process a lot smoother. The website is very detailed and let you know where the truck is at a precise moment and they kept their word on the pickup date and most importantly the delivery date. The process was very simple. TRUST ME!!! USE THESE GUYS!!! THEY ARE GREAT!!!! Thanks Jose for the great service it's much appreciated....

After reading nightmare reviews left by customers for many of the large auto transport companies…read moredespite all the paid-for "top 5" articles saying how great they are, I was very nervous about finding an honest and reliable company to have my vehicle shipped. Even though it's a 14-year-old Wrangler with pinstripes and now transmission issues, I'm sentimentally attached to it! I finally went with JP Auto Transport after seeing a post from them on Reddit. They were more expensive than the lowest quote I received by about $100, but they were very responsive, were semi-local to my area, and believed they could get my marginally operational vehicle from Las Vegas to LA within about two days of my booking. I was pleasantly surprised when they were able to deliver my Jeep a day earlier than expected, and in an enclosed trailer even though I hadn't paid extra to request enclosed storage when I booked the shipment. I recommend them to others and would use them again, although hopefully I don't have to!
