Unfortunately, my experience with the manager, Sebastian, was completely different. His attitude was incredibly rude, unprofessional, and lacking in basic customer service. Instead of trying to help resolve the situation, his behavior made an already frustrating experience even worse. A manager represents the business, and customer service should start at the top.
