However, usually going there or calling you're going to be there for a while and wait. No matter how ready you are it never takes less than half hour. All my packages have always arrived however, usually in more than the amount of time they say. Therefore add another 3 days. Overall even though the price is right it still cost over $50.00 to send a piece of paper (document) to Ecuador which is really ridiculous but, that is the best price. The process to correct mistakes is awful. They make believe customers that they are helping you to resolve the problems while they take the least responsibilities. The sistem that they have to ship items is obsolete correcting errors once is done. So if it is not good at the beginning of the transaction, then your on your own. The customer service is terrible, blind, deaf, non responsive. Only words that fiil the ears of unaware customers that they do not know their system. After something is resolve, they also take the credit when really other country had done it or you as a customer resolve the problem. They are in USA but do not like to speak the business language rather most of employees pick automatically Spanish language as they see a customer coming. Good day, not when you deal with the service branch from SANTA MARTA.,COLOMBIA. I had a package that was needed for delivery while I was at the Decameron El Galeon in this city. The only one with that name. Item was shipped Tuesday from Bogota, COLOMBIA I was going to be thee till Saturday morning. I tracked the item to Santa Marta and it arrived Wednesday to Santa Marta. For the next three days this item never arrived. Even after they contacted me Thursday and I explained the urgency and check out date. They failed to deliver being 20 minutes from Santa Marta to the resort. The fools continued to try to deliver after they knew I was gone. They have No way to contact them except a recorded message and the person who contacted me refused to answer the phone. I would NOT recommend or do business with them ever again in Colombia or anywhere else. There are others just as good or better. TCC, DEPRISA, COOIRDIINA, UPS, DHL. I've recently had the pleasure of dealing with Servientrega/clubox. They were very helpful and quick with their service. Mostly I worked a woman named Julieth. She was so pleasant and extremely helpful. I purchased a Clubox located in Doral Florida. I shipped a box via UPS from Southern California to my clubox. It took UPS 5 days to get there but when they received it in my clubox they inventoried the contents, I declared the value ($190.00), weight (25lbs), and dimensions (18x18x18). My fee including UPS WAS around $85.00 It took approximately 4 days to get to Medellin Colombia. They are far cheaper and so much faster than those huge shipping companies. The other shipping companies charge huge fees and I've read of the horror stories where someone's box or boxes were kept for weeks and months! Then they were charged for storage! So I decided to give servientrega a chance to ship my box and I have NO regrets! This was my first time shipping something to another country. I'm so glad I found this company!
