I've been going there for their body contouring services specifically the one called cavitation. Dawn is absolutely the best. I've lost so many inches. It's not even funny. Way more than I even anticipated. She is knowledgeable kind and patient. The staff in general there are just so kind and welcoming. I've been to other spas and they just don't have the type of energy you would want to come into a place where you want to feel good about yourself but this place is just a diamond in the rough. They offer lots of services so many that I'm gonna try. It's nice. They offer some Groupon too for their services. So if you don't have a lot of money and you just want to try something new, I would totally recommend it! read more

Tranquil Touch was my favorite place to go until the price went up . 275.00 membership fee along with 175.00 per visit. Dawn explained there are specials included with that. I understand that everything is going up; for me that was a huge increase. I found Tranquil Touch while searching on Groupon and got a great deal for 2 pumpkin enzyme facials. I had my first in February and the next was scheduled for March (which unfortunately NY closed the spas due to COVID-19 a few days before, go figure), but I managed to get back in for my second visit once they were able to open! I had been trying to find someone consistent for my facials and Holly has definitely gone above and beyond my expectations! She is extremely friendly, gives the most amazing and relaxing facials, and is very easy and fun to talk to. She works wonders and my skin has never felt this good after any other facial I've had...simply amazing! They do run some great specials every month as well, which are definitely a great deal for this kind of service. Can't wait to go back again! read more

I came here to get Hyaluron Pen Lip Fillers and have never been more disappointed with the outcome of a beauty treatment and service in my life. I had originally come to this technician, Brittany, about a year ago and she did my lips at her house for $200 + tip and she said she would do a free touch up 3-4 weeks later, but I didn't even ever end up going for it because my lips stayed nice a plump and juicy for 3 months. This is what I expected this time. WRONG - SO WRONG! I made an appointment and it was the same price, but after about a week my lips went way down and so I expressed my concerns and Brittany told me to come in for my touch up and was nice enough to fit me in the very next day and even gave me a coupon for 10% off. The touch up was $200 so it ended up being $180+tip and the same thing happened. They looked great for about 5-6 days and then they went back to their original size maybe a little bigger. I contacted Brittany in distress like WTF I'm paying hundreds of dollars and my lips still look relatively the same. She responds with "It's a process." Really? Because it wasn't a process last time and now you are bleeding me dry for my money. She told me that she orders her product in bulk from out of the country and I am thinking maybe that's the problem? Maybe it's watered down? I'm not totally sure, but whatever is happening is not staying. And I followed all the directions that I did the first time. I drank a ton of water, I didn't drink alcohol or drink through straws, I massaged them the way she showed me a few times a day for the first few days until the bumps were gone, I applied A&D or Vaseline all the time so they were never dry, I didn't go tanning. I did nothing different than I did the first time I got them done. So then I show her a picture of what my goal is as far as what I want them to look like and she basically tells me that she won't be able to do it, even though she pretty much did the first time I got them done AND THEN tells me to go to Buffalo Aesthetics to get actual lip injections, which are $650-750. Quite frankly I think I should be refunded my $380 that I completely wasted on having her do them and in letting her convince me to get a touch up when she knew she wasn't going to be able to achieve the look I wanted. Whether I am explaining it or showing a picture you should know what the capabilities of your product are. Frankly I think she conned me into coming in for that touch up. And when I went to pay for the touch up the receptionist said it was $100 and then I showed her the coupon which she had to verify and then came out and told me that it was $200. Talk about shady. But when she did them at her house the touch up was going to be free? Something is not right about this pen filler. I don't trust it or this salon. I have friends that get it done elsewhere and they have all said that none of them have ever run into these issues and all of them have big lips like in the picture I sent to her after one treatment and a touch up. I should've just gone to someone whose results I had seen in person. Now, I have to come up with $650 to get actual lip injections. So if you're thinking about getting the Hyaluron Pen Lip Fillers and going to this spa - DON'T!!! I guarantee you will be disappointed! I have included two sets of pictures and one single picture - one set is my before, after and two week - the other set is my touch up, my one week and the goal picture - and the single pic is two weeks after the first time she did them when she did them at her house. I had an hour long massage with Jason and he was wonderful. He sat with me beforehand to discuss what type of massage I wanted and discussed problem areas. He was very thorough and professional. I had a 60-minute relaxation massage and a 30-minute infrared sauna session afterward. I found Tranquil Touch on Groupon and was impressed by the number of services they offer. I had my appointment with Jason. He is awesome! Super friendly, kind, and knows his stuff. I left feeling great. The infrared sauna was something totally new to me but I loved it. I could even change the Pandora station in the sauna if I wanted to. I am intrigued by the oxygen bar but the sauna was something I'm definitely planning on going back for. One thing that was a little weird is that in the massage room and also in the sauna you can definitely hear what's going on outside. I will say if you need absolute quiet to relax, this might bother you. But I was so relaxed that after awhile, I didn't even notice anymore! Overall, I would totally recommend Tranquil Touch. This was my first experience at tranquil touch- I had a great deal on Groupon and finally decided to give it a try! The place has a very soothing atmosphere- much more "home-y" than your typical commercial massage/spa center. The receptionist and staff were all super warm and friendly, offering us tea and water as soon as we walked in. The place is gorgeous and the sauna session was super relaxing and a good precursor to the massage. I had Kim (the owner) as my masseuse and she was wonderful- I am super picky with pressure in certain areas but she made sure I was comfortable and relieved all the knots and sore areas in my back and neck. Music was super calming and the lighting in the room was perfect. I am so glad I tried this place out and will definitely be back for more!! I recently had an appointment with Dr. Caralee Cecala. I was so impressed with the care I received. I've been to about 4 other chiropractors over the last 15 years and none come close to Dr. Cecala. Her techniques are very gentle yet effective. She truly listens and cares. I came in stiff and in pain and left feeling like I could move freely. Highly recommended! read more

Received a Groupon for my birthday for a sauna service and massage service. I was very excited as I had not had a massage in quite a while. I was advised to take the sauna session first so my muscles could really relax for the massage. The sauna was spectacular. Very comfy and cozy, with easy access to radio and lights that are fully adjustable. Note: No showers on site or wet washcloths provided to wipe off. Then on to the massage. It was a decent massage, I felt as if the masseuse was not fully present during the session because her young puppy was in the room, licking my fingers and playing around (as puppies so cutely do). It wasn't the most relaxing experience. I left the mass in more pain than I had arrived. My husband had to massage the giant knots that showed up in my shoulders after I returned home . Overall I would not come back again for a massage, but possibly a sauna session. read more

I've never tried an oxygen bar before, but decided to treat myself and get a Groupon for one out of curiosity. It is a homey, comfortable environment and I have felt extremely positive results from utilizing the oxygen bar. I've had chronic migraines since I was 8 and I left with my head feeling clear and calm. I've since bought packages to return. read more

I scheduled an appointment to redeem my groupon, for an hour massage and 30 min infared sauna. This was only my second massage ever and first sauna ever. Kim was very professional, (i had a relaxing medium pressure massage) the session was extremely relaxing and intuitive, the infared sauna was a great place to relax afterwards (there was a radio with peaceful meditation music that i was able to turn up and tune out). The workers in the shop were easy to talk to, and recommended different events like the book club. I ended up purchasing a few items in the boutique (a beautiful card and some crystals), and have already purchased another groupon for the salt cave. I do wish someone would have warned me that before and after a massage or sauna you should drink a ton of water and be extremely hydrated (im sure that is common sense but my silly head wasnt thinking) and i ended with some cramping and kidney pain - i felt way better after I hydrated and I cant wait to schedule another session with Kim. read more
