Our precious Dexter left us this Saturday and De Connor and her associate was incredibly kind and understanding. They helped answer our questions, made the whole experience as calm and gentle for our dear boys final journey. I truly appreciate all Tranquil Tails did for us. Especially giving him his dignity in his familiar surroundings. We will will miss our baby boy and know he will be in good hands as we wait for his return to us. read more

My husband and I had to make the difficult decision to say goodbye to our 11-year-old German Shepherd, Pepper. Chris was available through text and we handled everything through text message which was convenient and easier since talking about it was incredibly challenging for me. Chris and Dr. Conner arrived at about 5pm on a Monday and they made sure Pepper was comfortable throughout the entire process and did not rush through it at all. They wanted to make sure that she was thoroughly relaxed and sedated before she passed away. The process was truly beautiful and done with grace and the dignity that all creatures deserve. Chris and Dr. Conner allowed us some time to say goodbye before they took Pepper to be cremated. About two weeks later, Chris came back to our home to bring Pepper personally. Dr. Conner also wrote a personalized card expressing condolences and prayers for our family. I cannot express enough gratitude for what Chris and Dr. Conner did for our family. They have one of the most challenging jobs in the animal care industry but they carry it out with compassion and dedication like no other. My husband and I are so thankful that even though we had to go through this difficult time, Pepper was allow to pass away with dignity and love in our home. Dr. Conner even began to shed a few tears as we shared some stories about Pepper. If you make it to the end of this review, thank you for reading. If you have to make a choice to say goodbye to your pet, please call Tranquil Tails. You will be treated with warmth, kindness, and compassion and your pet will be treated with care, dignity, and love. read more

A million thank you's to Dr. Conner and Chris for guiding us during a difficult time. Our family is so grateful for the patience and compassion they took into helping our beloved 13 yo pup Rooney cross the Rainbow Bridge this past weekend. They worked with us to ensure complete comfort for our pup and handled her with the utmost care and delicacy. Pets are our family members - Dr. Conner treats them as such and went out of her way to help us peacefully send off our Rooney girl. Word can't express our gratitude. Thank you again, Dr. Conner and Chris. read more

This review has been years in the making. I found Dr. Connor when she was a vet at one clinic in Menifee, but then she left. I did not know where she went. By fate, I called another place and found out she worked there and was ecstatic to have her back! Fast forward to now, and Dr. Connor has started her own euthanasia and holistic mobile vet service. If your dog or cat is near the end of its beautiful life, I cannot, and I mean I CANNOT emphasize that there is NO VET that will EVER compare with her and her staff's (I love you, Nicole!) compassion by coming to YOUR HOME and giving your pet a stress-free end of its life without having to drive to a clinic and pass away in a horrible environment (with our without you there--and I would never let them go without me holding them!), most often on a cold metal slab! I have rescued for decades, and Dr. Connor has had the Grace to give my pets time and comfort in my home and dignity they deserve after being there for me with nothing but unconditional love their entire life. My pets ARE my kids! They are worth every penny I invest in their lives and Dr. Connor's pricing is actually lower than all the other mobile vets! I get them all cremated and have them returned in urns. They are so busy, it's best to schedule a day and time before it's the "last minute" when you are stuck going to a horrible place to let them go. I've been in Menifee 21 years and went to SO many places before I found her. Not one vet is better. Not one. If you have to let your baby go, you found a vet that truly has the best bedside manner and care that you need for your pet's trip to Heaven. If you need any hospice care for your pet, there is also NO better vet in our area. Not one. I wish I could clone Dr. Connor! She is a rare human. Thank you, Dr. Dayle Connor, Chris, Nicole and Rena. You make all of our lives easier and better. read more

Dr Connor and her assistant are so sweet and extremely professional. They did a wonderful job taking care of our dog- she had no fear or pain. Today is May 27, Memorial Day. Dr. Conner and her assistant came to our home and folded into our grief; they were so gentle and transparent. It was time to let our sweet Charlie go. We've never used an in-home veterinarian. Taking our past pets to the vet to be euthanized when suffering in their old age was always a stressful experience for our fur babies, and for us. What we experienced today was surreal: Charlie was relaxed and comfortable in my arms as she left this life to join her besties, Lucy and Max, in doggie heaven. Tranquil Tails is the gold standard of compassionate pet care. We thank you. read more

My husband and I recently contacted Tranquil Tails to schedule an in home Euthanasia appointment for our ailing, senior German Shepherd. Our veterinarian's office highly recommended them, as well as our community, Summerly, Facebook. We would highly recommend them to anyone that is in need of an in home Euthanasia for their dog or cat. They handled everything for us, with genuine compassion and care. The vet and her assistant arrived on time. They were very sweet and compassionate. They did not rush us. They did a total assessment of our little dog and came to the same conclusion, that it was time for him to go to doggie heaven. He was 18 years old. They went over the procedure and what to expect. I held him throughout the entire procedure which was just as they described. Afterward I held him for about ten minutes, then they carefully wrapped him in a blanket with his little face showing and took him for individual cremation. We could not have asked for a better experience. I would recommend tranquil tails to all who need their services. You can rest assured they are not in the business of just coming in and putting dogs to sleep. They have herbal as well as palliative care methods available. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Conner and her associates. Thank you, Dr. Conner, for your wonderful care of our Verdel-King!! read more

We called tranquil tales for Willie, he had a cancer on his hip and heart issues and was in pain. We did not know what to do and planned euthanasia. When Chris and Dayle came they made and assement and discussed other options for Willie. They helped us by putting together a pain management plan for Willie. They helped order prescriptions and when to take them. We had more time with our dog! We give thanks for every precious second and treasure that time in our hearts. Everything possible was done for him and we loved and gave him the best life. There are no regrets. I appreciate tranquil tails for their caring hearts that allowed this. Willie let us know when it was time. And when we called them to come back there wasn't any fear or anxiety for any of us in our own home with these two . Our other two dogs got to say goodbye too. I can't express how appreciative and grateful we are for Tranquil Tails. We were on vacation overseas when we received an emergency call regarding our dog, Roxy. We cancelled everything right away and headed back home. After traveling for literally 24 hours, we took Roxy home from the emergency vet. She was in bad shape but we wanted to get her home as soon as possible where she was comfortable. We knew that evening, this would be her final night with us. The next day, we agreed to call for an in-home euthanasia service, so Roxy can be as calm as possible in her own home and not in an unfamiliar vet clinic... she never liked the vet clinics. After calling multiple vets with no luck, we were finally referred to Tranquil Tails. I explained the situation with Chris and he, along with the Dr. Connor, was able to come by the house later that evening. They were very professional, explaining the entire process with us and was empathetic to the situation. They both were very respectful with Roxy after we said our final goodbyes. We had asked for a private cremation as part of the service and so a couple weeks later, they swung by the house to drop off the beautiful urn that held Roxy, along with a paw print keepsake which was tremendous. The experience in losing our companion after 13 years was very heartbreaking to say the least, but Tranquil Tails was very compassionate during the entire process along. The kindness and respect they showed our Roxy during the euthanasia process, the sympathy card we received a couple days later, and the return service of the urn, was all very heartfelt and profound. Thank you, Dr. Connor! Thank you, Chris! read more
