    Our sweet girl Loxie

Words cannot describe how grateful I am for their kindness, patience, and professionalism they displayed on the hardest day of my life. They truly seemed to understand how much our pup meant to us and she was able to pass in such a peaceful manner surrounded by love. While the loss of a family member is never easy, Tranquil Tails made our last memory together unforgettable in the best ways possible.

Saying goodbye to our girl Miley after 17.5 years was one of the hardest things we've ever faced, but Tranquil Tails made it as gentle and peaceful as it could possibly be. From the moment they arrived, they were patient, compassionate, and incredibly kind. They spoke softly, moved slowly, and truly respected how much she meant to us. We were able to be at home, where she was comfortable and surrounded by love, and that meant everything. We will never forget the kindness they showed us in one of the hardest times in our lives.

Just a week ago, our family had to make the difficult decision to put our sweet Maui to rest as we knew it was time and didn't want him to suffer any longer. I'm so thankful my husband found Tranquil Tails to help us put our boy to rest. Availability was quick as they were able to see us the very next day. What we appreciate is that they are able to come to your house and go on with the privacy of our own home and not having to bring our boy around when he was in enough pain as it was. Dr. Connor and her assistant, Chris, came over around the time we arranged. During this difficult time, Dr. Connor explained to all of us what the process would be and what to expect. This helped our kids understand what would be going on and what to look out for. Through the whole thing, Dr Connor was so professional and just the sweetest. She took her time and after putting our boy to rest, she and Chris stepped out to give us time to mourn and say goodbye to our boy for as long as we needed. They were also very careful and respectful when it came time to take him away. I highly recommend Tranquil Tails as they were there for us when we needed them during this difficult time. Thank you again, Dr. Connor and Chris, for your kindness and professionalism. It really meant the world to us.

We had to make the devastating decision to put our baby Vader to peace and we were beside ourselves with grief, however, tranquil Tails was able to lift a heavy burden off of our shoulders while offering a great deal of sincere compassion. They did this while maintaining professionalism, patience, and empathy throughout the process and gave us the time and space we needed with our precious boy before he was put to rest. I highly recommend this business and Dr. Conner if you want a peaceful send off for your babies. We also opted for the private cremation as well and chose this beautiful option (I think there was seven or eight to choose from).

My family and I are so thankful to have found Tranquil Tails. When it was time to say goodbye to our sweet girl Charlie, Dr. Conner and Chris were completely amazing. They were patient, compassionate and explained everything to us throughout the process. Even though it was their first time meeting Charlie they seemed to know her Thank you for helping us through this difficult time.

Obviously, everyone knows how difficult a decision this is. We made the decision and Dr. Conors came out. I can't say enough about her. She was kind, gentle, and took care of our girl with the utmost respect. She reassured us through the entire process and allowed us to grieve and talk about fond memories about our beloved pet. Trust me, you will be in the best hands during such an emotional time.

I am finally ready to make this post. We made the very difficult decision to euthanize our sweet boy after watching him deteriorate for months. Our final wish for him was to let him go in peace, surrounded by his family. We contacted a few places that offer in home euthanasia. Tranquil Tails was, by far, the best option. To begin, their phone representative was extremely compassionate and sympathetic to our situation. The process was explained very thoroughly. They had had immediate availability which was great because we did not want our boy to continue to suffer for an extended period of time. Their pricing was also the best we found. We had a vet and her assistant arrive at our home on time. I wish I could remember their names. They also explained the process to us and made sure all of our concerns were addressed before beginning the process. We never felt rushed. We were given all the time we needed to say our goodbyes and sit with him before he was removed. We got our dog back less than 2 weeks later. He was delivered to our door in a beautiful wooden box that we picked out. This was the first loss for my young children and devastating for us all. Our boy had been in our family for 13 years. Tranquil Tails made this experience as easy as possible for us. I am very thankful we found them when we needed them.

I wanted to share a very positive experience with Tranquil Trails Veterinary Services. We had to do an at-home euthanasia for our senior dog who was sick and in pain. We have a child who is developmentally disabled which meant we needed more time to explain everything to him, give him processing time, breaks, and opportunities to say goodbye. Dr. Conner and her Vet Tech, Chris were so kind, patient, compassionate, and supportive. We never felt rushed, judged, or misunderstood about our son's needs. They stayed for almost two hours with us. This isn't a fun topic but I wanted to share this recommendation because I think death is a hard topic for many of our disabled kids and adults to process. Sometimes, they are left out of the conversation all together. It was important for us that our son be included because someday, my husband and I are going to be gone. We feel our pets are such good teachers of grief processing for our kids and wanted to make sure our son wasn't excluded from that learning opportunity because he may have to say goodbye to us someday (though that's a complex concern in an of itself too, isn't it.) It wasn't cheap, but having done in-office and emergency euthanasia for other pets before, it wasn't much more money either. It was so much more peaceful and I'm so grateful for the option.

My husband made the actual call weeks later. Don again, was incredibly empathetic and kind as he walked us through the steps. On that day, Dr.Nicole came over and was amazing. I couldn't have imagined a gentler experience for my babies. She was so patient, gentle and kind. I'm so thankful, I don't think I have the words to describe the gratitude I feel. I was so scared about them having scary anxious feelings when it came time for euthanasia. But after a lot of excitement which Dr.Nicole was gracious about, my babies settled down and sat with us. I am grateful for the conversations we had. We were never rushed, or judged. She was so empathetic. It was such a devastatingly sad, surreal experience. Neal had started to deteriorate so rapidly this year. His sister Sara had started to not be able to hide how ill she felt. I don't think I would have ever been ready to let them go. As I look back at my pictures and videos it's easier to see that they were both ill. It was so easy to look past it when they were here. I'd compare them to the pictures and just add accommodations for their comfort. Because their smiles, the love in their eyes...the tail wags were still there, different, but there. It was so hard to admit it was time. All the anxiety that had been eating away at me for months washed away and was replaced with a bottomless sadness and relief that my babies were no longer suffering. They were two amazing small little dogs who left an unfathomable chasm in my heart. The after care was also above and beyond. I can't recommend them enough. If you are reading this and you think it is time, Serene Passages is the correct choice.

The company was super flexible and understanding and we were grateful they were able to accommodate this move to two days earlier. When the day came, we were certainly sad. When Dr. Benson arrived, she was soft spoken and kind. She greeted Moose and as soon as he noticed someone had walked in he got up and wagged his tail the best he could. This scene brought me to tears because that was the essence of who Moose was as our pet. He loved ALL humans and was always seeking their attention. Dr. Benson pet Moose and gave him love and affection. He received it and then went to his bed shortly after. She explained the process to us from start to finish. She was gentle in her wording and handling of every last detail. We set Moose up in one of his favorite sunning spots in the yard on his bed. And gracefully, Moose crossed over the rainbow bridge. We were given plenty of time to spend with Moose as the sedative worked and then after the final moments we were able to say our final goodbyes. However, there were some not so great things or improvements they should consider. Initial call with the lady to schedule was alright. She honestly didn't cover much of information, I felt like I had to ask her a lot of questions that she initially didn't mention. If she can slowly just go over from start to finish, it would've eased my mind a little bit more during this horrible time. In details... I know this is a business, but also this isn't something people go through every year (hopefully). The doctor came and she was very understanding of the situation. It felt like she was genuinely sorry for what we were going through as she also lost hers not long ago. I do wish that she would've stepped outside the house to give me little more privacy, but it is what it is. Im sure I could've asked. She did her best in the circumstances. Now, the worst part of this experience was the picking up the ashes. It took me 1 hour round trip to get there and it took 2 seconds to get her back and leave the place. The lady came out with a brown bag and hurried me out the door. I honestly didn't know what to expect, but that wasn't it. I was dumbfounded of like what just happened? Can I at least take a moment to open the bag to see what's all inside? Take a moment to just take it all in that I'm picking my child up as ashes? It felt like 'ok, you paid me, now you can go' vibe. It would've been nice to just take a moment instead of being rushed out. Also not sure why they don't offer drop off, I know a lot of people would pay extra for that so at least they are home when they receive the ashes back and go back to cry all they want at home. I really do appreciate what this company does, but there are something that need some improvements.

I hope that you are reading reviews of IVS Mobile Vets for any reason other than why I sought their services. But if that time has come, when your beloved pet can no longer continue pain-free and without complications, you are told you have options. Someone told me to "drop him off at a shelter" and "start the grieving process". Others said to take him to a vet and have him euthanized at the clinic. Cost being a factor, I was mortified at the prospect of having to consider either of the above options. Abandoning a family member to die alone and wonder why? Who can do that? I came very close to having to consider that option; that is until I found IVS Mobile Vets. Encouraged by glowing reviews, I called to inquire about end-of-life care services and pricing. Dr. Moore answered my call, and even before we could get to details, she solemnly and compassionately listened to me go on and on about my little Donnie, and validated my immense grief over what was to come. Moreover, despite prices for everything everywhere being at an all-time high, Dr. Moore quoted me at-home euthanasia and private cremation for almost $200 LESS than the next lowest quote that I obtained... and I had called over a dozen vets and organizations. Donnie went to sleep on February 15, at about 1pm. In the comfort and safety of his own home, while lying in the bed that we shared for over 13 years, he drifted peacefully, and I held him until his frail little body started to cool, I don't know if it was a 1/2 hour or 1/2 a day, but Dr. Moore left us alone and gave me the time I needed for closure. Dr. Moore was gentle, patient, and truly compassionate. Despite it being the most heartbreaking day of my life, the occasion was peaceful and life-affirming, and I will mourn and cherish that memory for the rest of whatever's left of my own life. Every corner of my home is a mine field of Donnie memories, and I can't envision a day when I could come home and not long to see his little face in the upstairs window, waiting for me to open the door. But, I am forever comforted to know that I did right by my little guy, loving and caressing him to the very end. Donnie's ashes were delivered to me in person about a week later, with a heartfelt card, dignified packaging, and supplemental literature on grieving. A different vet at a conventional clinic that had seen Nikka just a few weeks earlier also mentioned the heart murmur but said it was very mild/quiet and didn't seem concerned about it all and didn't give us any indication that it needed to be investigated. Well, today we took Nikka to a cardiologist where she had an ECHO and it turns out she has dilated cardiomyopathy (DCM), which, thankfully, has been caught early and might be able to be improved with medication and dietary changes. . Dr. Rose literally saved Nikka's life with her attention to detail, her excellent clinical skills, and her prompt and informative follow up and recommendations. I will be eternally and forever grateful to her competence and expertise. . Nikka has also had 2 sessions of acupuncture and cold laser/photobiomodulation and she definitely has more pep in her step. Nikka also loves coming to Serenity Holistic Vet, she isn't anxious or nervous and just settles right down and relaxes when the acupuncture needles are in. Dr. Rose is a gem and we are so lucky to have her here in Murrieta.

First and foremost, Dr. Rose is God sent. She has helped my Bull Mastiff mix (Logan) tremendously…read morewith his lower back, hips, and jaw. She utilizes holistic techniques such as chiropractic work, acupuncture, and cold laser. I'm a firm believer of using other remedies other than western medicine (I.e. PILLS.) she also can do diet consultations to help your pup either gain or lose weight. Dr. Rose and her staff are very friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They take pride in keeping a warm/welcoming and clean environment for you and your fur baby. Pricing is very fair considering most traditional vets will just opt for your pet to get surgery or crappy pharmaceuticals rather than more natural remedies. Definitely recommend coming here if your dog has joint problems and/or other problems. If you're looking for a place that will hit the root cause of the problem with natural treatments and you are also willing to put your share of the work in for your pets therapy then most definitely try out Serenity Holistic Vet. Remember though, it's a process for your pets therapy. Nothing of lasting results happens over night!
