Trang Le is a small family owned Vietnamese restaurant, and so far it has been our favorite spot for Vietnamese cuisine in the area! The Pho is always delicious and I like their Bun Bo Hue as well. I only wished they had Durian smoothie and it would be perfect. It looks like the restaurant is mainly ran by family members and it is often very busy so service can be a little spotty and slow at times. Otherwise this is our go to restaurant for Vietnamese food in the Tulsa area!

Craving phô and Banh Xeo and went to the popular Trang Le to satisfy my craving. Both were very flavorful and the beef in the phô was so tender. Banh xeo dipped in the nuoc cham was so delish! Service was fast and you pay at the front when finished. It is family owned which I love to support!

Five stars for the food, it was wonderful and full of flavor. However when you come here bring water with you. During the full meal our glasses were empty. And when we were finished they came around asking for a refill. They had a waiter that looked like that leader from North Korea just flitting around like a butterfly however not once coming to our table to ask if we needed anything else. The inside looks like all other strip mall dining ambiance nothing special.

Definitely the you can find in Tulsa Came here for lunch and it was busy! Luckily there was no wait and we were seated within 5 minutes. Our server seemed to be a bit loss and gave us waters but forgot our menus! Prices seem a bit high for the Tulsa area.. $18 for a large bun Bo hue is insane and the spring rolls were very small too. Not sure how the broth is made but it was really salty, I don't think it was fish sauce or MSG because it was quite bland.

Went with a party of 4. I got the Glass Noodle Bowl and it was really fantastic! I took home the rest. My brother got the Crab Soup and the noddle texture and broth is very specific. Definitely a hit or miss, but he did eat it all so it depends on the person. My dad got the hoisin beef and he said it had all good flavor but it was overall fine. My mom had the beef Pho and she said it was mid. Wouldn't get it again. So overall I think it really just depends on what you get, like they had a lot of fantastic options and others okay. The service was nice too, everything came out quick. Only complaint was we had to ask for refills on our water. I would come back! Oh and I forgot to mention: get the spring rolls! The peanut sauce was to die for.

Still the best pho spot! Their pho got even more meatier than I remember and their service has gotten much faster. Their large combination pho was $18 which is pretty pricey but it was so much that I had a whole to go container left to take home for a second meal.

I like this place! Food was affordable and had a generous portion. I got the combination pho which was very tasty and it had amazing broth! I found the meat to be slightly undercooked, but I would still come back again!

I've been here a couple times. It's a good spot and feels authentically operated and family owned. Service is swift and friendly. The food speaks for itself self. Today I had pho with a nice rich broth and extra meat. They gave me more than my tummy could handle it was excellent!

Absolutely love this business. They are family owned and it feels that way when you walk in. The layout of the restaurant is very open and welcoming. the food is fantastic and they have plenty of vegan and vegetarian options. It seems like you'd be able to get some things gluten free as well based on the menu, but that is not my dietary requirement so I can't speak to that 100%. I love this place and wish I could go more ! It's just far from me. They are polite and move as quickly as possible though you can imagine that with food as good as theirs, they can get kinda busy.

Such a hidden gem in Tulsa! We love the Vietnamese dumplings, beef pho, spring rolls, and bun bo hue! Everything is fresh, flavorful, and refreshing.

Is there MSG in the pho?

They say that they don't use MSG. After eating here several times, I'd say that they don't, the food tastes great, but tastes like actual real food, which I like. Hope this helps!

The accoutrements... onion, cilantro, jalapeños, bean sprouts, rice noodles, and lime wedges allowed me to customize my experience. The restaurant operates similar to fast food chain. Hot tea was served in a to-go cup and not in a traditional tea pot. The pho vegetables plate was small with lemons instead of limes, unlike most other Vietnamese restaurants. The pho broth was sugary sweet. The broth was clear without any hint of grease. For a broth made by simmering beef bones, I would expect some grease inside. The noodles had good texture and the spring rolls were great. For casual diners, Pho Da Cao may be good choice. For me, the quality of the pho is not to my standards.

I am very partial to a place that offers my kids independence and treats them like humans, asking what they want even though they are 5 and 6. The owner was very great and attentive with us and made sure we didn't need anything, but also didn't hound us the entire meal. I sadly did not get a photo of any of the food, as soon as it hit our table, it was gone! The food was so good, we ordered the steak and meatball pho, the signature pho, pork bahn mi, and the chicken fried rice. My children absolutely destroyed the rice, my wife took out her steak and meatball pho, and I took out the bahn mi and the signature pho way faster than I would have usually liked because I couldn't stop. The servings were great and more than enough for the price. The flavor was FAR beyond what the price suggests. Out of all the places I have been for bahn mi and pho throughout my travels around the world, this is one of my favorites. We drove over 45 minutes to get there, and just to try the food solely from the looks and the reviews I read. DO NOT sleep on this place, they are far beyond your time and travels. I had the Vietnamese combination pho as usual. The broth lacked flavors. The combination pho only had meatballs and rare beef. How's that even combination? The pho noodles were too soft. The rice papers used as the wraps for the fresh spring rolls were a little hard. I was not impressed with Viet Huong on this particular visit. This hole-in-the-wall Vietnamese restaurant used to be my favorite restaurant in Tulsa. That time has gone. Maybe, next visit will write a different story. I came back just to make sure my review was accurate. I tried both Bun Bo Hue (my favorite Vietnamese soup) and the Vietnamese pho. The pho broth was the same (mildly flavorful) but the noodles were more firm than last time. The Bun Bo Hue was comparable to other Vietnamese restaurants in Tulsa, but I would say none of them are exceptional. Good luck finding a Vietnamese restaurant that serves exceptional Bun Bo Hue in Tulsa like Pho Cuong in Oklahoma City.
