Utterly disappointed. Chose this company based on their Yelp…read morereviews. The technician (Duane) arrived to clean our ducts on 10/2025. We had previously taken the time to move everything out of the way to provide complete access to the ductwork and make things easier for the tech. Why are we disappointed? - the dust level in our house is much, much worse than prior to service being preformed - upon checking I saw a large amount of debris in the bottom of our ducting - the technician reinstalled a register grill upside down because the duct tin needed tacked up out of the way and he apparently didn't want to bother taking time to do it correctly. - I had to ask about the condition of our ducts prior to the cleaning before he would show me just a one single before photo. I have to wonder if it was actually a photo of our ducting. - I got a negative vibe from the technician from the outset. His demeanor was less than friendly and he didn't talk much. My impression was that he wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. I felt he was a very poor representative of this company. The work was completed quickly and I can't help but feel we received a "rush job". The dust in our house is much worse than ever and this experience was a complete waste of our $725. We feel like we've been ripped off. Per your response to my review above - Yes it's true that it's been a year since the service was performed. I've been meaning to send a review since last winter. However, because I'm a procrastinator and I sincerely don't like to complain doesn't change anything about my honest, but blunt, statements. The unusual frequency and amount of dusting we now have to do after your service (not to mention shelling out your service fee for sub, substandard work) finally drove me to take this step. Furthermore, explain to me why when I happened to be performing some home maintenance a couple of months ago, I found the thick layer of crud laying on the bottom of our ducting ? It shouldn't be there in that volume. Is your equipment inadequate ? As far as the operable grill reinstalled upside down goes, it was GLARINGLY obvious because it had once been painted except for a strip on the bottom behind the carpeting. That, exceedingly noticeable, contrasting strip was reinstalled up, instead of down, where it's hidden by the carpet nap. (I can send you a photo.) I saw how the tin interfered with the reinstallation and I had to mess around and tack it up out of the way. So I believe the technician didn't want to deal with it and put on upside down instead of, at least, notifying me. And I suggest you speak to your technicians about how they represent your establishment. On the whole, our experience points to some sort of problem with your company. Where that problem lies is up for debate. I initially read all the good reviews regarding your company. I expected at least adequate work to be performed. What we got was, at best, unacceptable. You can speak about all the positive things about your company and your personnel, all I know is what we experienced. Instead of denying everything I said perhaps you should consider it objectively and take it for what it's worth.

My wife and I were so beside ourselves and needed the problem resolved that night. I then called a local company, "Restano" and boy was I glad I did. Within seconds after I called their 24/7 line, Nick the plumber...contacted me, asked what the problem was and indicated that he would be at my house within the hour since he was coming from across town. As soon as Nick arrived, he assessed the situation and took the time to explain the issue, how my system works and how he would attack the problem. Although the job wasn't easy and it took some time to clear, Nick worked extremely hard and tried various options until the problem was resolved. Within 1 hour, he fixed the issue and indicated that if it occurs again (within a reasonable amount of days) that he will be back at no charge to once again "snake the drain". He also explained other options if the "snake" doesn't work, which would include the need of a camera and more, but at additional "reasonable" costs for which we completely understand.. Nick also explained other options to receive discounts on any plumbing issues within the future, upon signing up annually to have my furnace cleaned and checked,. This would give us some peace of mind if this would occur again, but most importantly help with additional costs per an emergency call. Considering that I had similar issues in the past, I'm going to call their main office to make sure I sign up first thing in the morning. From the very minute that I contacted them and from the time Nick left our home, their customer service was outstanding (above and beyond) and we couldn't be more pleased with Restano. I asked for a sales person and they sent a technician that was not prepared to answer intelligent questions about different brands, options, and ratings calculations. The tech's first question was what are you looking to spend! He tried to sell me a larger A/C than I needed and was unable to provide an itemized cost breakdown (called his supervisor to ask and was told that's not how they do it). What idiot would pay $20k+ without understanding what they are getting for their money? I showed him the door and the ignorant tech told me to "call us when your HVAC breaks". Spoke to the GM at Restano and he was also clueless on transparent sales practices (kept saying everything is included in one price). My neighbor expressed similar gross overpriced estimates that he recently received from Restano. I called one of their competitors and said I do not want to repeat the clown show that I had today with Restano ... he (a real person) laughed and said "say no more" after mentioning Restano, we hear all sorts of issues that people have with their sales and service practices. Do yourself a favor and stay away from Restano, as there are many better options all the way around!

I thought there was an issue with the furnace's "SMART OR NOT SO SMART" thermostat because I just had my furnace checked in the fall. The furnace was coming on and off with short runs. Brian did a full diagnostic check on the furnace and it was good to go. He even checked to make sure there wasn't a gas leak! I requested a Honeywell old fashion thermostat installed , which he did. Problem solved plus the cost was reasonable. Brian was professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. Of course I had a lot of questions. Any regular guy could've easily said that it's an old unit, just replace it. But after going above and beyond on diagnosis, Derrick was able to establish that we can still use one of the units for another season but that won't last long.
