I then responded saying that I had a dehumidifier that I've been running 24/7 and it hasn't made a difference, and that I would like to have a service technician come out and see what the problem was with the condensation that's been accumulating on my ducting. My messages were left on read and I never heard anything back. This was on 9/8, it's now 9/18, and still haven't gotten a response. Absolutely pathetic customer service. Sorry to have wasted your time trying to give you my business.

The way a temperature sensor works means that setting the house temperature only 1 degree lower will take a long time to adjust. The work had to be done in the fall season due to the old furnace and ductwork was in the hot attic and the new furnace was being relocated to a first-floor cupboard. The owner Bob came out and designed a new complete Lennox HVAC system including the new ductwork. His son Alex answered all my questions, did all the job coordinating and paperwork including the estimate and rebates. Son Quentin and 2 additional workers installed the complete HVAC system. This was a large and complex job. The installation took a full 8 days start to finish and Bob with Alex visited the job 3 times making sure everything was completed to my satisfaction. WARNING: Bad job done by Devin Co-man's Company(the owner of True heating and cooling)…read more My experience with this company was extremely negative from start to finish. I paid the first job based on a clear understanding that I would receive a discount on the second installation. He suddenly tried to change price on second job, When I questioned it, the treatment I received felt discriminatory and completely unprofessional. I left the situation feeling disrespected (also commenting about race). the agreed-upon discount was no longer being honored. This behavior made me feel deceived, disrespected, and targeted. The first job was not completed to the standard I expected, and the handling of the second job raised serious concerns about the company's integrity and transparency. Based on my experience, this company did not act in good faith. I strongly urge anyone considering hiring them to proceed with extreme caution!

I've dealt with several different HVAC places, and Gravener is top notch! At least twice so far,…read morethey were able to help me troubleshoot a problem over the phone/email without even seeing anything in person. And as such, I was able to get things temporarily working until they came by to do a proper fix. The prior HVAC place sent a person out here in person, where they should have been able to see/hear the cause of the problem. All they did is clean the flame sensor and suggest that we completely redo the furnace exhaust system, and they had the audacity of charging hundreds (and proposing thousands) for things completely unrelated to the problem. Jim is knowledgeable, courteous, and is excellent at what he does. I couldn't imagine even considering any other place for HVAC needs.

Utterly disappointed. Chose this company based on their Yelp…read morereviews. The technician (Duane) arrived to clean our ducts on 10/2025. We had previously taken the time to move everything out of the way to provide complete access to the ductwork and make things easier for the tech. Why are we disappointed? - the dust level in our house is much, much worse than prior to service being preformed - upon checking I saw a large amount of debris in the bottom of our ducting - the technician reinstalled a register grill upside down because the duct tin needed tacked up out of the way and he apparently didn't want to bother taking time to do it correctly. - I had to ask about the condition of our ducts prior to the cleaning before he would show me just a one single before photo. I have to wonder if it was actually a photo of our ducting. - I got a negative vibe from the technician from the outset. His demeanor was less than friendly and he didn't talk much. My impression was that he wanted to get in and out as quickly as possible. I felt he was a very poor representative of this company. The work was completed quickly and I can't help but feel we received a "rush job". The dust in our house is much worse than ever and this experience was a complete waste of our $725. We feel like we've been ripped off. Per your response to my review above - Yes it's true that it's been a year since the service was performed. I've been meaning to send a review since last winter. However, because I'm a procrastinator and I sincerely don't like to complain doesn't change anything about my honest, but blunt, statements. The unusual frequency and amount of dusting we now have to do after your service (not to mention shelling out your service fee for sub, substandard work) finally drove me to take this step. Furthermore, explain to me why when I happened to be performing some home maintenance a couple of months ago, I found the thick layer of crud laying on the bottom of our ducting ? It shouldn't be there in that volume. Is your equipment inadequate ? As far as the operable grill reinstalled upside down goes, it was GLARINGLY obvious because it had once been painted except for a strip on the bottom behind the carpeting. That, exceedingly noticeable, contrasting strip was reinstalled up, instead of down, where it's hidden by the carpet nap. (I can send you a photo.) I saw how the tin interfered with the reinstallation and I had to mess around and tack it up out of the way. So I believe the technician didn't want to deal with it and put on upside down instead of, at least, notifying me. And I suggest you speak to your technicians about how they represent your establishment. On the whole, our experience points to some sort of problem with your company. Where that problem lies is up for debate. I initially read all the good reviews regarding your company. I expected at least adequate work to be performed. What we got was, at best, unacceptable. You can speak about all the positive things about your company and your personnel, all I know is what we experienced. Instead of denying everything I said perhaps you should consider it objectively and take it for what it's worth.
