    Tired, depressed, uncomfortable and defeated were things I was experiencing before I started to train with Dan. At the beginning of this year, I hit rock bottom like never before, I literally felt that everything I loved I was no longer interested in. One being fitness. Fitness has always been at the very top of my list and for me not to have any interest in fitness anymore really concerned me because I know how much it means to me. After a few months went by this year (Jan-March), I continued noticing my motivation & discipline declining, in addition to all of this, I was experiencing severe lower back and neck pain. I was going to the chiropractor weekly and saw a physical therapist for a few weeks but the pain wasn't getting any better. At this point I knew something wasn't right with my body, I felt all kinds of muscle imbalances, which lead to pain throughout the day. I felt hopeless because PT and the Chiro did not help much. This is when I dropped my ego and made the smartest decision ever to hire a trainer. I swear I thought I knew it all.... Thankfully I found Dan! My first encounter with Dan was amazing, he asked me about my life style and my fitness goals. I explained to him that my ultimate goal is to be capable of squatting again and do dead lifts for the first time in my life. I had not squatted in a couple of years because of my lower back pain, and I never bothered doing deadlifts because I knew it would aggravate my back pain as well. He assured me that he can help me achieve my goals. It was great because he identified my needs right away, communicated solutions for my needs, and presented me with a detailed timeline of everything we were going to do during my time with him. SO I hired him! Training with Dan was life changing! I did not expect the results I have today with the short period of time that I trained with him (4 months). He taught me how to properly use workout equipment and follow workout plans & meals to target different areas of my body. He also measured my success and made adjustments as needed to ensure he satisfies all of my fitness goals. He made what I thought was impossible, possible. It makes me so dam happy to say that I am able to squat with no back pain, and that I can finally dead lift. Overall, I gained 4lbs of muscle and lost 2.2% body fat, all while maintaining my weight at around 160lbs. AMAZING! I am a much happier person all-around. Even my posture has changed to reflect more confidence (as others have said). I feel strong at all times throughout my day and determined to keep this fitness journey going on forever! All thanks to DAN. I can't thank him enough, I have no words, he is literally heaven on earth to me because of the help and guidance he provided. And this is only a short description of my time with him, there is so much more but I'd be here forever. Thank you DAN!

    I found Dan at one of the lowest points in my life and after one call with him I knew hiring him as my trainer was going to be life changing for me. Not only is he incredibly knowledgeable in this field, he is also so encouraging during the process. I've been working with him for 3 months now, lost over 10 lbs and have gained SO much muscle & confidence! I'm now more motivated than ever to keep going. I have Dan to thank for my new body, confidence and knowledge in the fitness world. Hiring him was the best thing I've ever done for myself.

    45 days in and I haven't felt this good in years. Follow his nutrition schedule and work out 2 to 3 days a week and watch your own personal transition happen right in front of you. I'm happy to finding Dan after taking about a two year break and now back it better than ever. If your looking for a solid no BS work out you have found the right guy. Old school Dan for the win!!

    Dan is amazing! I'm really impressed with the results he has brought me within a mere span of 3 months . He is super accommodating, works with your schedule whenever there is a conflict. He works with every small issue you're having in terms with working towards your goals. I found not only a trainer but also a friend in Dan, with whom I could share my personal life's problems that is what really made a difference! Definitely recommended .

    Passionate. Dedicated. Friendly. These are just few words to describe Dan as I get to know him as my trainer. One can definitely see his passion for fitness. He will create a workout and a meal plan to meet your goals. No intense cardio and a meal plan that is easy to follow with your lifestyle. Also, he himself is fit and practices what he preach which I believe is fundamental to a trainer. His dedication to fitness is superb. He considers his client's achievement as his success as well. One time, after measuring our progress, I got the most muscle gain and fat loss. I can still remember his reaction. He acted more triumphant than me which I think is cool! Haha Whether you are outgoing or on the reserved side, Dan will work with you to make the workout enjoyable. He would make small conversation and try to get to know you more. Imagine working out with a friend but you'll see awesome results! Glad that I started working out with him. I look forward to the gains we'll achieve further in the coming months!

    Is It Really Gluten Free ..

    I am an online client out of the east coast, Boston area. I started with Danny only 4 weeks ago! I have lost 6 lbs, I'm feeling leaner and much stronger. He is professional, knowledgeable and always available to answer any questions or concerns. It is very apparent that he takes the time to create a nutrition plan and workout routine that works for achieving my individual goal. He checks in frequently to make sure I'm staying on track or to ask if I am struggling with any part of the program. That type of accountability helps me a lot. He is patient, I can't tell you how many times he has told me to "trust the process"! I am and I am extremely happy with the program and the results.. obviously . I can understand why having an online coach can be hard as there isn't someone there physically telling what to do. His frequent checkins makes you want to stay on track. I know it's coming and I want to be able to answer truthfully that it's going great. Or I know that I can tell him if there is an issue and he will help me. Here is a side by side of day one v 4weeks in. Thanks coach!!!!

    Dan has been one of the best trainers I've had. I had no knowledge of diet or fitness and once I started his program it helped so much. Overall, amazing experience, I'm 5 months in and I'm still losing weight, gaining muscle, and losing body fat. He helped me so much on proper form and gave me great knowledge on how to work with weights and multiple exercises. I've always been scared to weight train and Dan just made it really easy and explained it the right way. He has a lot of patience and very friendly and he made me very comfortable. They also review your food and discuss your nutrition as well which is such a huge part of getting to your goals. I tried doing it alone, but I quickly realized that I had no clue what I was doing both at the gym and with my diet. I needed someone to help teach me what to do. I found Coach Nate on Yelp, read through his reviews, and decided to give it a try. I am so happy I did! Nate does an awesome job of teaching you how to do an exercise no matter what your starting point is. He's very patient, constantly checking in with you and asking you questions to make sure you feel comfortable with what you're doing. He pushes you to your limit, but makes sure you have all the support you need to get past it. By the end of my 3 months, I felt comfortable and confident enough to do the workouts on my own. I knew what I was doing, I knew how to correct my form, and I knew just how much I could push myself without losing my form. Nate also helped me create a meal plan that worked with my lifestyle and met my protein goals. I remember at one point I felt like I was not making any progress until Nate started asking me questions about my diet and cooking. We both quickly realized my mistake (using way too much oil when cooking), we fixed it, and we very quickly starting seeing results again! I was able to lose 5% body fat and gain about 7 lbs of muscle within 3 months of working with Nate. I don't think I'd ever be able to accomplish that if it wasn't for his mentoring and constant support! I highly recommend you work with him, you won't be disappointed! I have only done lagaree once before and it was Years ago with YELP so safe to say I am a newbie and clueless in form. Lauren was nice enough but it was a standard class so I felt I had to ask a lot of questions and get clarification. I did ask her after why there are no beginner or intro classes as it would definitely be more beneficial for attendees and instructors. Oh well, not an option. I did like it enough so bought 3 classes for $65. Did not authorize any other charges and had no idea they kept my card on file. I booked a class and life happened and I couldn't show. I just thought, oh lost the class, oh well, but nope got charged a $20 no show fee as well. The only thing that was explained at purchase was the classes would expire in 30 days no otherwise information about no show or late fee. Anyways never attended the 3 classes I bought either, wamp wamp.
