After traveling week after week for work, eating out 24/7 can start to weigh you down literally and emotionally. I'm giving Natalie 5 stars, but we've never met. I'll explain. I'm a 43 year old guy, married with a two year old. Last month, I was laid off. Maybe to cope, I was eating like crap, getting short of breath not only after walking up a flight of stairs, but after I'd eat. Like I couldn't take a deep breath and would have to lay down after a meal. It was ridiculous. My cholesterol was through the roof and my self esteem was in the garbage. I had to do something. I emailed Natalie and laid it all on the line. Without needing to set up an assessment or ask me what my insurance was or any other nonsense she started giving me advice over the phone, because she cared. Her advice was that I needed to cut out grains, dairy, watch the soy, basically try paleo. Because I was scared, because I felt like I had someone who was in my corner, I took her advice.
