With utopia, the difference really comes down to the staff and owners. They really go the extra mile to make you feel welcome, and have top notch customer service. Enough is Enough…read more I've been a member here for about 10 years, and the outdoor hot tub is CONSTANTLY broken or closed. And guess what? They never bother to update the app when it's shut down. You show up, pay their ever-increasing fees, and the amenities you came for are just... unavailable. And suddendlty the hot top ( when is working) is closed at sunset... since when? I've complained to the front desk multiple times, and absolutely nothing changes. It feels like they don't fix things until people blast it publicly. For a gym this expensive, this level of upkeep and communication is ridiculous.
