We started at this store in the plumbing section and what a treat it was. We were greeted by Tom, a vet, and the most helpful person I have EVER encountered at Home Depot ANYWHERE. He guided my daughter and I through everything we needed and even got us all the parts. We were able to repair two drain pipes (we found another cracked pipe after we started) and had the best bonding time ever. What an accomplished feeling, all thanks to Tom.

She was so rude I couldn't get a word in edgewise and ultimately, she hung up on me. She also stated before she hung up that she would cancel my claim with my warranty company.
