I don't know why you would not give me a bag for my two liter drink that I couldn't carry with the 80$ worth of other items you crammed into the other bag, but when you did and the handle was broken- it was not necessary to engage into a argument with me about how the handle was not broken and whatever else you said(not sure you even know). I was nice and more than willing to pay 10 cents for the bag and giving me a another bag with A broke handle and then gaslighting me saying handle isn't broken when it is- was obviously a misunderstanding on your part. I can forgive all that, what I don't understand is the attitude you and your manager got as if I was attacking you personally.
