For what it is it does the job. We stayed the night on our way to Yellowstone. It's a bunch of sites with full hookups but nothing else really. No office no store etc. Nowhere to set up outside to sit or grill unless you like doing that in dirt. The WiFi was actually pretty good. Not really anything in this town. It's really good to get off road have full hookups and sleep for the night. About half or more seemed like full timers. A little confusing on how to get to site and since there is no office no one to ask. If going through area and need to stop for the night I would stay here again. read more

Apparently, a man lives in a trailer next to the site that we reserved. He has three gigantic dogs, whom he allowed to attack our dog while we had her on a short leash on a post while we were trying to set up our camper. He had three leashes and three very large dogs, and when I ran around the camper to find what the commotion was, I found him standing with his three big dogs who were attacking my 9-pound Havapoo. Her entire leg is bruised. I learned my lesson. Never assumed that people will control their dogs. This man shouted at me with the F word while he stood and watched his three large-breed dogs attack my little dog. Nobody should take three dogs on a leash if they are not capable of keeping the dogs from doing harm. Never again will I make that mistake. Lucy will stay in the truck during set up. I'll never stay there again. read more

We stayed at this rv park. It was great for an over night stay. We were headed to Utah and found the pull through spot to perfect for our needs. The owner check with us to see if we had any issues. When we were heading back we were unable to get to the park and she refunded our reservation. I highly recommend this business. Next time we are heading west we will definitely stay here again. It was fairly close to the highway but we heard no highway noise. Great experience! read more

As we wind down our cross-country road trip, we stopped here for an overnight stay based on others' reviews. First off, this is not a fancy park with a lot of frills. But, it packs a lot in and is worth a stop. There are no restrooms, showers, pools, etc. There are a lot of seasonal workers here who treat this as their home. Cindy, the owner, is amazing at making everyone feel welcome and goes out of her way to make sure you get set up properly. While the sites are all gravel, they're hard-packed and level with full hook-ups. Since there are no restrooms, you'll need to be self-contained. Oh, and their water lines are insulated/heated so they don't freeze during the winter. The grounds are close to smaller grocery/convenience stores and are far enough away from the interstate to muffle road noise. Because there are a lot of folks here for work, it's a quiet park. There is an area to take your pets and a walking trail (about a mile out and back). All in all, this is a solid stop!! read more

Great RV spot for an overnight stay. We were greated by Cindy who was so warm and welcoming. Understand that this is not a resort and right up front you need to know that there are no showers, restrooms or laundry facilities; this is clearly stated on their website. But for an overnight stay they provide a 100 ft space with electric, water and sewer. We would definitely stay here again. Also while you are in the area we highly recommend Oscar's. August 2021 - Stayed here for one night as we passed through Colorado on the way home to Texas. We Traveled with friends and requested two spots side by side. Cindy was lovely and professional from the very first conversation over the phone back in May, to the in-person meeting where she greeted us and showed us to our spots for the night. Clean, easy to get to off of the highway, level sites, perfect dog park and walking area for our pup! We will definitely stay here again! read more

SUPER hospitality!! Owner responded to my phone messages; friendly and welcoming and VERY informative about local area. She met us at entrance and led us to pull through site. Sites have easy access electric and water (even in winter!). Snow was cleared. Very easy site access and pull directly on to street to depart. She keeps very clean and safe park. Wifi works too. Quiet and peaceful for good night sleep. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Definitely our first choice for traveling through the area or visiting the Colorado Springs/Denver area. BEST value for sure. We stopped for a night on our way to Utah and for one night on our way back to Michigan in November 2020. Each time we called that day while we were traveling. Cindy was very accommodating considering we were to arrive late. She met us at the entrance then led us to our pull through site. It was level, packed gravel. After we pulled in we walked a few blocks to South Side Food for a hamburger. We would definitely stay here again! read more

Very impressed when we initially contacted the park. It's extremely industrial. There are no real amenities period of the information says there is Wi-Fi however within a 1/2 an hour of turning the Wi-Fi on we were no longer able to get Wi-Fi service. The information showed that the signal was too weak to be of any good. When I contacted management they said I'm sorry and that's about it. The day after we arrived we went into the little town caught something to eat drove around and stopped at the garbage can for the RV park on our way in period a white pickup pulled up behind us when we part and an old white man came up to my window and asked if we needed something. My husband explain well this is RRV and he said I saw you track driving through the park I thought you needed something. I said I'm old enough to know what to do if I need something I have her phone number he then in for me he was her husband. About 15 minutes later I got a call from the manager and she explained to me information that anybody who's ever used an RV park already knows when I tried to express I write know all that she told me to shut the fuckup and listen to her and I also was very agitated and she informed us that we had one hour to remove ourselves from their park. I know I was probably somewhat defensive I certainly felt offended and if I were to express to anyone about staying there I would stay whatever you wish to do read more

We were at Trailing Edge RV Park for a short stay in April of 2019. It was professionally operated, very clean and orderly, and had everything we needed for our stay. Their location was convenient and provided excellent access to I-70 in either direction. If I needed to be in the area for an extended period of time, I would not hesitate to stay at Trailing Edge as their rates are very attractive for long term stays and they have a nice, clean, functional operation with all the right amenities.
